【摘要】：产业升级与经济可持续发展既是社会经济发展提出的必然要求,又是发展经济学和增长经济学的重要研究领域,本论文站在经济先发地区的角度对此进行研究,希望通过一个新的视角得出有价值的结论。论文结合中国东部沿海地区,尤其是浙江省面临的实际问题,借鉴发达国家与其他新兴市场国家产业转型升级和区域经济可持续发展的经验,运用经济学前沿理论与先进的分析工具,从建模与实证检验的理论研究,到定性与定量分析的结合上,探讨了相关的重要问题。论文分析了产业集群与区域经济可持续发展的关系,得出了单纯区位意义上的产业集聚对经济发展作用有限,只有实现多生产要素的集聚,调整各要素间的比例才能较快促进经济发展的结论；分析了国外经济先发地区产业升级与经济可持续发展的状况,并从中得出了一些具有共性特征的经验；分析了经济先发地区产业升级与经济可持续发展的三个重要路径,一是基于全球价值链的区域制造系统与全球制造系统的互动；二是基于集群结构的集群竞争力提升；三是基于要素的区域专用性资产集聚；得出了寻求与全球制造业系统互动机制,建立全球化和本土化之间的对接平台,寻求通过知识创新作用于区域制造能力,创新能力的机制,形成突破产业全面升级的结构性瓶颈与改造模式,寻求创新性资源成为区域持续可发展比较优势的转化机制,积极推进专用性资产的投资与挖掘,推动区域产业升级与经济的可持续发展等结论。
[Abstract]:Industrial upgrading and sustainable economic development is not only an inevitable requirement of social and economic development, but also an important research field of development economics and growth economics. Hope to reach a valuable conclusion through a new perspective. Combined with the practical problems in the eastern coastal areas of China, especially in Zhejiang Province, the paper draws lessons from the experience of industrial transformation and upgrading and regional economic sustainable development in developed countries and other emerging market countries. Using the advanced theory of economics and advanced analysis tools, from the theoretical research of modeling and empirical testing, to the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis. This paper analyzes the relationship between industrial cluster and sustainable development of regional economy, and concludes that industrial agglomeration has limited effect on economic development in the sense of location. Only by realizing the agglomeration of many factors of production and adjusting the proportion among them can the conclusion that economic development be promoted quickly; This paper analyzes the situation of industrial upgrading and sustainable economic development in the developed regions of foreign countries, and draws some common experiences from them. This paper analyzes the three important paths of industrial upgrading and sustainable economic development in the first place. The first is the interaction between regional manufacturing system and global manufacturing system based on global value chain. Second, the cluster competitiveness based on the cluster structure; Thirdly, regional specific asset agglomeration based on elements; The mechanism of seeking interaction with global manufacturing system, establishing the interface platform between globalization and localization, and seeking the mechanism of knowledge innovation acting on regional manufacturing capability and innovation ability are obtained. Form the structural bottleneck and transformation mode of industrial upgrading, seek innovative resources to become the transformation mechanism of regional sustainable development and comparative advantage, and actively promote the investment and mining of specialized assets. Promote regional industrial upgrading and sustainable economic development and other conclusions.
