【摘要】：人才培养是大学的根本任务,提高质量是大学的永恒主题,是高校教育改革发展最核心最紧迫的任务。独立学院作为推动社会发展进步和区域经济建设的有生力量,更是有效推动高等教育面向区域发展的一支重要生力军。当前,独立学院在向应用技术型高校转型发展的过程中,面临思想观念和制度建设等方面的严峻挑战。为此,独立学院必须认清逻辑起点,更新思想观念;政府部门必须加快建立高校分类管理体系,引导独立学院合理规划、成功转型;独立学院自身在实践层面应结合自身特色,抓住改革重点。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of talents is the basic task of the university, and improving the quality is the eternal theme of the university. It is the most important and urgent task for the reform and development of higher education. The independent college is the new force to promote social development and regional economic construction. It is also an important force to promote the regional development of higher education. At present, the independent college is in the process of transformation and development to the applied technology university. Facing the severe challenge of ideological concept and system construction, the independent college must recognize the logical starting point and renew the ideological concept. Government departments must speed up the establishment of university classification management system to guide the rational planning of independent colleges and successful transformation; The independent college itself should combine its own characteristics in practice and grasp the key points of reform.
