小流域综合治理研究

【摘要】:小流域综合治理,是治理水土流失,加强农业基础设施建设,改善山丘区群众生产生活条件,巩固退耕还林成果的一项重要工程,是保障项目区群众生活和国家粮食安全的重要组成部分,是改善民生、改善农业基础设施条件、促进农村经济又好又快发展的需要,对促进区域经济可持续发展,推进丘区新农村建设和保障国家粮食安全、生态安全和防洪安全等都具有十分重要的意义。 本文阐述了论文研究背景,研究思路及方法。在对国内外小流域综合治理理论和实践研究全面总结的基础上,运用经济学,运筹学,水土保持学等多学科的理论和方法,对一实例小流域水土流失的治理进行全面理论分析;并将理论与实践相结合,以实例项目小流域为例进行案例分析,通过文献资料法,实地调查法,实证分析法等,介绍了实例项目小流域内自然概况,分析了实例项目小流域水土流失现在存在及存在的主要问题。依照相关编制依据进行了综合治理方案编制,对坡耕地治理应采取的措施进行了科学设计,再对项目工程实施进行了施工组织。完成工程后对小流域治理前后进行全方位.对比,分析了小流域综合治理的效益,提出小流域综合治理的优化模式。其成果对于指导小流域综合治理具有重要的理论和实践意义。
[Abstract]:Comprehensive control of small watersheds is an important project to control soil and water loss, strengthen the construction of agricultural infrastructure, improve the production and living conditions of the people in hilly areas, and consolidate the achievements of returning farmland to forests. It is an important part of ensuring the life of the masses and the national food security in the project area. It is the need to improve the people's livelihood, improve the condition of agricultural infrastructure, and promote the sound and rapid development of the rural economy. It is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of regional economy, promote the construction of new countryside in hilly area and ensure the national food security, ecological security and flood control security. This paper describes the research background, research ideas and methods. On the basis of a comprehensive summary of the theory and practice of small watershed management at home and abroad, the use of economics, operational research. Soil and water conservation and other multidisciplinary theories and methods, a case of small watershed soil and water loss management for a comprehensive theoretical analysis; With the combination of theory and practice, this paper takes the case study of the small watershed as an example, and introduces the natural situation of the small watershed through the methods of literature, field investigation, empirical analysis, etc. This paper analyzes the existing and existing main problems of soil and water loss in the small watershed of a practical project. According to the relevant compilation basis, the comprehensive control scheme is worked out, and the measures to be taken for the management of sloping farmland are designed scientifically. Then the construction organization of the project project is carried out. After the completion of the project, the benefits of comprehensive management of the small watershed are analyzed by comparing the benefits of comprehensive management of the small watershed before and after the completion of the project. The optimization model of integrated management of small watershed is put forward, and the results have important theoretical and practical significance for guiding the comprehensive management of small watershed.
