【摘要】：随着我国与世界经济越来越密切的联系,我国的经济日趋繁盛、生产发展结构在世界市场上的分工逐渐明晰,形成有利于在国际市场上竞争的经济形势。伴随着东部沿海地区的快速发展和国家对西部偏远地区的大力扶持,中部地区的经济发展协调性并不向好。所以,中部六省在欲达成区域经济协调发展的任务中仍需要完成许多的工作。现阶段,我国在对区域经济协调发展的研究上仍然侧重的是指标体系的构建,并没有很多涉及到对该区域经济协调发展指标体系的构建是否合理的判断。所以,目前在对中部地区区域经济协调发展的研究上,构建一个科学合理的指标体系显然是十分重要与迫切的。本文首先引用文献将区位经济和区位理论的概念和界定予以说明,为了研究中部地区区域经济整体的协调发展水平,将区域经济的协调发展分为五个部分,分别为区域经济联系、区域经济分工、区域经济差距与区域要素协调和整个中部地区的区域经济发展水平五个一级指标,由此得到一个合理完整、有现实意义的区域经济协调发展的理论指标体系。然后再在各个一级指标下设立相应的二级指标,代入数据分别求出各二级指标值,再对这些数据无量纲化处理,并根据AHP方法和Delphi方法一起计算规定出各区域经济协调发展下各二级指标的权重值,再利用加权求和法获得中部六省份区域经济协调发展评价综合得分情况。通过代入中部地区各省份2000-2015年的经济数据,对区域经济的协调发展程度定量计算并进行深入地研究。可以观察到从2010年到2015年的15年中中部地区的区域经济协调发展水平是先上升后下降的。即在2000年到2010年的十年间,中部地区区域经济协调发展的综合得分呈一个逐渐上升的态势,中部地区的协调性逐渐向可持续的方向发展;而在2010年到2015年间,中部地区的区域经济协调发展的综合得分呈一个逐渐下降的态势,中部地区的协调发展趋势并不乐观。本文通过代入数据对2000到2015年中部地区的区域经济协调发展水平进行调查研究,帮助在中部地区区域经济协调发展工作实施中找到适合的路径,为中部地区区域经济协调发展研究制定政策提供了理论上的依据。
[Abstract]:With the close relation between our country and the world economy, the economy of our country is flourishing day by day, the division of labor of the production development structure in the world market is gradually clear. With the rapid development of the eastern coastal areas and the strong support of the state to the remote areas in the west, the coordination of economic development in the central region is not good. In order to achieve the task of coordinated development of regional economy, six central provinces still need to complete a lot of work. At this stage, our country still focuses on the construction of index system in the research of coordinated development of regional economy. There is not much involved in the construction of the regional coordinated economic development indicator system to judge whether reasonable. Therefore, at present, in the central region of the coordinated development of regional economic research. It is very important and urgent to construct a scientific and reasonable index system. Firstly, this paper cites the literature to explain the concept and definition of location economy and location theory. In order to study the level of coordinated development of regional economy in central China, the coordinated development of regional economy is divided into five parts: regional economic relationship and regional economic division. Regional economic gap and regional elements coordination and the entire central region of the regional economic development level of five indicators, and thus a reasonable integrity. The theoretical index system of regional economic coordinated development is of practical significance. Then the corresponding secondary indicators are set up under each first-level index, and then the secondary index values are calculated respectively with the data. Then the dimensionless processing of these data and the calculation of the weight values of the secondary indicators under the coordinated development of regional economy are made according to the AHP method and the Delphi method. Then the weighted summation method is used to obtain the comprehensive score of regional economic coordinated development evaluation in six central provinces. The economic data of each province in central China from 2000 to 2015 are substituted. The degree of coordinated development of regional economy is quantitatively calculated and studied in depth. It can be observed that the level of coordinated development of regional economy in central China rose first and then decreased during the 15 years from 2010 to 2015. Ten years from 2000 to 2010. The comprehensive score of the coordinated development of the regional economy in the central region is gradually rising, and the coordination of the central region is gradually developing towards the direction of sustainability; From 2010 to 2015, the comprehensive scores of coordinated regional economic development in the central region showed a declining trend. The coordinated development trend in the central region is not optimistic. This paper investigates and studies the coordinated development level of regional economy from 2000 to 2015 through the substitution of data. It helps to find a suitable path in the implementation of the coordinated development of regional economy in the central region and provides a theoretical basis for the study and formulation of policies for the coordinated development of regional economy in the central region.
