区域金融一体化的微观困境与政策出路

【摘要】：作为要素跨区域流动的重要手段和载体,金融一体化发展是区域经济一体化的重要支撑。文章采用京津冀1978—2015年数据实证分析发现,京津冀金融一体化发展呈阶段性特征。区域金融非一体化表现在金融经营的地区封锁、市场分割及其寡头竞争的产业组织格局。行政权力部门分割、金融体系监管分立、技术服务平台分散等因素制约了金融一体化的发展。京津冀金融一体化的现实经验显示:促进金融一体化发展,需要搭建服务平台、推动模式创新、加强机制建设。
[Abstract]:As an important means and carrier of cross-regional flow of elements, the development of financial integration is an important support for regional economic integration. This paper adopts the empirical analysis of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei data from 1978 to 2015. The development of financial integration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is characterized by stages. The non-integration of regional finance is manifested in the regional blockade of financial management, the industrial organization pattern of market segmentation and oligopoly competition, and the division of administrative power departments. The development of financial integration is restricted by the separation of financial system supervision and technical service platform. The practical experience of Beijing Tianjin Hebei financial integration shows that to promote the development of financial integration we need to build a service platform. Promote model innovation and strengthen mechanism building.
