区域经济一体化背景下“呼包鄂”产业发展水平的实证分析

【摘要】：伴随着经济全球化的进程的不断加速，区际间的交流与合作日显密切，，区域间经济合作己成为一个地区融入到更大区域追求经济快速发展的重要手段与方式，同时也成为了世界经济发展的趋势。区域经济一体化为区域经济发展提供了强大的动力，并推动了经济社会的发展。在经济全球化背景下，伴随着区域经济一体化的推进，“呼包鄂”经济圈的出现意味着自治区的经济发展已经进入一个全新阶段，“呼包鄂”区域经济一体化将成为参与区域竞争与合作，增强区域竞争力的必然选择。所以，如何有效的推进“呼包鄂”城市圈的进一步全面、快速、健康发展，是一个亟需研究的新课题。本文在上述背景下，运用理论研究与实证研究相结合、静态分析、动态分析和比较分析相结合的研究方法，以“呼包鄂”三市的经济发展为研究对象，对该区域的经济发展概况、存在的问题以及发展策略进行了分析。首先，综述部分，对国内外学者就区域经济一体化及其相关研究进行了分析与评价。其次，从一体化的角度对呼包鄂地区经济发展的现状进行了分析，包括产业结构和呼包鄂地区经济的优劣势。再次，对呼包鄂这三个地区的发展模式以及对其经济发展进行了实证分析，即根据多元统计分析方法，建立了能够反映行业比较优势、经济效益等方面的9项指标体系。然后，运用SPSS18.0对呼包鄂各地的各项指标进行因子分析，并根据综合得分对产业发展水平进行了评估。研究表明:“呼包鄂”区域已经呈现出经济一体化发展态势，由于市场机制的基础性作用以及政府机制的推动性作用都在增强，呼包鄂在基础设施建设、生产要素流动、产业活动布局水平上，目前己达到了一定高度。但是，在某种程度上市场机制、政府机制及其组织机制存在一定的缺陷，“呼包鄂”区域与外围经济地域单元之间存在一定的差距，所以，经济一体化发展水平仍处于偏低水平；为了快速有效地推进“呼包鄂”区域经济一体化发展，本文参考国内区域经济一体化发展模式，通过建立模型做了实证分析，提出了对“呼包鄂”地区的产业发展有积极作用的建议。
