【摘要】：正文化者,以文化人也,润人心于无声,聚人力于无形。近年来,胶州市统计局顺应全市产业结构加快转型升级、"互联网+"、临空经济等新业态蓬勃发展和统计体制机制改革的新形势、新要求,以机关文化建设为抓手,倾心打造聚力、聚智、聚情的"三聚"文化,使机关干部的"事业使命感""组织归属感"和履职尽责的"精气神"大为提升,统计改革发展迸发出可喜的新动力、新活力,为服务区域经济社会发展和公众统计需求提供了有力保障。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Jiaozhou Bureau of Statistics has complied with the city's industrial structure to speed up the transformation and upgrading, "the Internet." The new situation and new requirements of the vigorous development of the economy in the air and the reform of the statistical system and mechanism require the construction of the organ culture as the starting point, and the "three conversions" culture that focuses on building up the collective power, intelligence, and emotion. The "sense of mission," "sense of organizational belonging," and the "spirit of essence and spirit," which are responsible for performing their duties, have been greatly enhanced, and the development of statistical reform has burst out a gratifying new motive force and new vitality.
