【摘要】:近年来,我国掀起了新一轮的港口建设。港口工程的项目质量问题不仅关系到企业的发展,,而且直接影响区域经济社会的发展水平。这就要求在港口项目建设的过程中,必须采用科学的方法有效地进行项目质量管理。与此同时,要借鉴国际先进的项目管理经验,引进先进的管理理念、模式以及方法。因此,研究黄骅港扩容工程质量管理具有现实作用和实践指导价值。 论文首先阐述了工程项目质量管理的基本理论,为黄骅港扩容工程质量管理提供了理论基础和质量管理方法应用。其次,通过分析北方主要港口扩容工程质量管理现状,采用统计分析表法、流程图法、矩阵图法等方法,横向对比不同工程项目管理过程和结果,得出了有关港口项目质量管理的经验和不足,为黄骅港的扩容工程的质量管理提供借鉴经验。再次,经过对黄骅港二期扩容工程项目质量管理现状的分析,从工程项目基本要求和质量管控运行两个方面开展研究,其中在质量管理中引入了EPC管理模式,强调了施工质量管控的组织作用、流程方法和质量风险控制点等,指出了项目质量管理中存在的问题,为后续提出整改措施提供依据。最后,针对黄骅港二期扩容工程项目质量管理存在的问题和质量管控目标,制定了一系列质量管理对策,重点强调了以对标学习提高项目质量管理意识、构建优秀的施工和质量管理人才队伍、强化组织协调沟通机制、细化工程质量检查、完善质量管理评价体系等质量管控措施,为黄骅港后期扩容工程建设提供了质量管理支持。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China has set off a new round of port construction. The project quality of port engineering is not only related to the development of enterprises. And directly affect the level of regional economic and social development, which requires that in the process of port project construction, we must adopt scientific methods to effectively carry out project quality management. It is necessary to draw lessons from international advanced project management experience and introduce advanced management concepts, models and methods. Therefore, it is of practical significance and practical guiding value to study the quality management of Huanghua Port expansion project. Firstly, the paper expounds the basic theory of project quality management, which provides the theoretical basis and the application of quality management method for Huanghua Port expansion project quality management. By analyzing the present situation of the quality management of the expansion project of the main ports in the north, this paper adopts the statistical analysis table method, the flow chart method, the matrix chart method, and so on, and compares the management process and results of different engineering projects horizontally. Obtained the port project quality management experience and deficiencies, for the Huanghua Port expansion project quality management experience. Again, after the Huanghua Port Phase II expansion project quality management status analysis. From the basic requirements of the project and the operation of quality control two aspects of research, including the introduction of EPC management mode in quality management, emphasizing the organizational role of construction quality control. Process methods and quality risk control points, pointed out the existing problems in the project quality management, to provide a basis for subsequent corrective measures. Finally. In view of the problems existing in quality management and quality control objectives of Huanghua Port Phase II expansion Project, a series of quality management countermeasures are formulated, with emphasis on raising the awareness of project quality management by standard learning. Construction of excellent construction and quality management personnel team, strengthen organizational coordination and communication mechanism, refine the quality of engineering inspection, improve quality management evaluation system and other quality control measures. For Huanghua Port late expansion project construction to provide quality management support.
