收入收敛、技术收敛与区域发展差异——基于中国地级市的空间计量分析

【摘要】：本文使用了中国地级市的数据,通过对比收入收敛和技术收敛两类研究方法研究了中国区域发展差异问题,发现:(1)单纯地把各个地理单元视作封闭的经济体,不考虑各个经济体之间的经济、地理的关联性,将会低估区域经济的收敛性,忽视了区域间的相互影响,而做出错误的判断;(2)在全国范围内存在显著的收敛趋势,而且收入收敛速度慢于技术收敛速度,区域发展差异的主要来源是来自技术差异;(3)分东、中、西部及城市群样本回归发现,区域间发展差异较大,总体来说东部地区发展比中西部地区经济发展更具有平衡性。因此,制定区域协调发展政策要注重对落后地区实行技术激励导向型的政策。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of prefecture-level cities in China, this paper studies the difference of regional development in China by comparing income convergence and technical convergence. It is found that the convergence of regional economy will be underestimated by simply treating each geographical unit as a closed economy, regardless of the economic and geographical correlation among the various economies. The mutual influence between regions is ignored and wrong judgment is made; (2) there is a significant convergence trend in the whole country, and the convergence rate of income is slower than that of technical convergence. The main source of regional development difference is technical difference; The regression of samples from east, middle, west and urban agglomeration shows that the development of the eastern region is more balanced than that of the central and western regions, and the development of the eastern region is more balanced than that of the central and western regions. To formulate regional coordinated development policy, we should pay attention to the implementation of technology incentive-oriented policy for backward areas.
