河北与京津产业发展对接研究

【摘要】：京津冀三省市实现协同发展，有利于打造新的首都经济圈和推进区域经济更好更快发展。京津冀协同发展是重大国家战略，也是河北面临的一次重大历史机遇，能不能抓住并用好这一机遇，实现河北产业结构升级和对接，将是我省今后一段时间内经济工作的重点，对河北经济健康持续发展意义重大。本文在查阅国内外有关文献基础上，利用投入产出技术，首先依据2010年京津冀42部门投入产出延长表和2013年中国统计年鉴中国国民经济核算部分的中间流量表，编制了京津冀地区间的41部门投入产出表；然后对京津冀地区和地区间41部门的产业发展现状、产业结构特点进行了分析；第三，计算了京津冀地区的包括京津冀三省市的影响力和感应度等产业关联系数，并通过对京津冀地区的影响力系数和感应度系数和地区间的影响力系数和感应度系数对比分析，揭示出京津冀三省市当前的产业发展特征、相互作用和产业关联程度；最后根据目前京津冀的产业发展现状，提出了河北省与京津产业对接对策建议。通过综合分析，得出河北省产业结构优化调整的建议：明确城市定位，，优化城市格局；承接京津第二产业转移，提升技术水平；构建综合交通网络对接京津。
[Abstract]:The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei provinces and cities is conducive to creating a new economic circle of the capital and promoting better and faster development of regional economy. The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is a major national strategy and a major historical opportunity for Hebei. Whether we can seize the opportunity and realize the upgrading and docking of Hebei's industrial structure will be the key point of our province's economic work in the future and will be of great significance to the healthy and sustainable development of Hebei's economy. This paper uses input-output technology on the basis of consulting relevant literature at home and abroad. First of all, according to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei 42 department input-output extension table in 2010 and the 2013 China Statistical Yearbook of China National Economic Accounting part of the intermediate flow table. The input-output table of 41 departments between Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regions is compiled. Then it analyzes the current situation of industrial development and the characteristics of industrial structure of 41 departments in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and inter-region. Thirdly, the industrial correlation coefficients of the three provinces, including the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei provinces and cities, are calculated. Through the comparative analysis of the influence coefficient and the sensitivity coefficient and the influence coefficient and the sensitivity coefficient of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, this paper reveals the current industrial development characteristics of the three provinces and cities of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. The degree of interaction and industry connection; Finally, according to the current industrial development situation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei province, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of the industrial docking between Hebei Province and Beijing-Tianjin. Through comprehensive analysis, the author draws the suggestion of optimizing and adjusting the industrial structure of Hebei Province: make clear the city orientation. Optimizing the urban pattern; To undertake the transfer of the second industry in Beijing and Tianjin to upgrade the technical level; Build a comprehensive transportation network docking Beijing-Tianjin.
