粘着控制中数据处理方法研究与实现

【摘要】:随着我国国民经济的快速发展,为了带动区域经济的腾飞,高速、重载机车仍然并将更大地承担起这一辉煌任务。电力机车的运行,依赖于轮轨间的粘着力,有效利用粘着力,一方面能提高机车牵引效率、发挥电机功率,另一方面则能提升机车运行时的安全性和舒适性。粘着控制装置,正是针对这一问题所研发的调节保护装置。粘着控制的研究中,传感器测量的速度、转矩信号是一系列分析计算的基础。而往往这些数据中,会夹杂很多无关干扰、噪声等,为分析带来不便。 本文对于空转识别部分,采用希尔伯特黄变换方法,以机车在空转时发生自激振动为理论依据,并从时频能量角度着眼,选取特定频率段、考察能量积聚的百分比,结合既有方法,共同预测空转发生的可能,从而实现提前判断。 针对噪声干扰的问题,本文从机车实际运行角度出发,在分析过机车速度数据后,提出一种适用于实验的滤波方法,之后再利用MATLAB所提供的工具箱可以快速便捷地设计、修改满足特定性能的滤波器,设计好参数之后通过软件配置,与FPGA平台的Modelsim软件进行联合仿真,自动生成所需系数和定点化代码。 在上述环节得到滤波器系数并定点化之后,再利用串行分布式DA算法,将FPGA平台设计滤波器时相对困难的乘累加运算环节,转化为具有FPGA特点的查找表运算,在不损失速度的前提下大幅降低了芯片资源消耗,同时也降低了编程难度。仿真结果表明,所设计的滤波器性能与MATLAB平台所得到的预期基本一致,从而完善了整套数据处理方法的流程。 本文对希尔伯特黄变换在空转识别中的应用,以及数据处理方法在FPGA平台的尝试,是对后续粘着控制装置改进的有力探索,为后续相关研究打下了基础。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our national economy, in order to drive the regional economy to take off, high-speed, heavy-haul locomotives will still undertake this brilliant task. The operation of electric locomotives depends on the adhesion between wheel and rail. On the one hand, it can improve the traction efficiency and motor power, on the other hand, it can improve the safety and comfort of locomotive operation. In the research of adhesive control, the speed and torque signal measured by sensor is the basis of a series of analysis and calculation. Will be mixed with a lot of irrelevant interference, noise and so on, causing inconvenience to the analysis. In this paper, the method of Hilbert-Huang transform is used for idling identification, based on the theory of self-excited vibration of locomotive during idling, and from the angle of time-frequency energy, the specific frequency section is selected. Considering the percentage of energy accumulation and combining the existing methods, we can predict the possibility of idling together and realize the judgment in advance. Aiming at the problem of noise interference, this paper puts forward a filtering method suitable for experiment after analyzing the speed data of locomotive from the point of view of actual operation of locomotive. Then the toolbox provided by MATLAB can be quickly and conveniently designed, the filter that meets the specific performance can be modified, and the parameters can be configured by software. Combined simulation with Modelsim software of FPGA platform to automatically generate the required coefficients and fixed-point codes. After the filter coefficients are obtained and fixed, then the FPGA platform is designed by using the serial distributed DA algorithm, which is relatively difficult to multiply and accumulate the filter. The conversion to lookup table operation with FPGA features reduces the chip resource consumption and the programming difficulty without losing the speed. The simulation results show that. The performance of the designed filter is basically consistent with the expectation of the MATLAB platform, which improves the flow of the whole data processing method. In this paper, the application of Hilbert-Huang transform in idling recognition, and the attempt of data processing method in FPGA platform, is a powerful exploration to improve the subsequent adhesion control device. It lays a foundation for the following related research.
