经济转型期洪雅县主导产业的选项研究

【摘要】：主导产业是一个区域经济增长与发展的主要动力来源,是推动区域产业结构演化的主角。选择和培育符合可持续发展理念的主导产业对于推动区域经济、社会、自然和谐发展有着重要的意义和不可替代的作用。本文从主导产业支撑洪雅县域经济的背景下入手,就洪雅县经济转型期如何选择主导产业,如何让主导产业拉动相关产业的发展,促进经济、维护生态和谐和社会安定是本论文撰写的核心内容和主要目的。本论文从主导产业选择和确定的原则、基准以及方法三个方面,依据洪雅县产业现状,用SWOT分析法和区位熵分析来对洪雅县的产业进行评价分析和选择,最终确定主导产业。主导产业的形成和发展不能仅仅依靠市场机制的作用,还需要政府制定各种合理有效的政策来推动。由此,本文从构建产业政策环境、创新发展体制,改善产业政策、制定主导产业发展战略等方面提出了相应的措施。最后,本文以洪雅县为实证对象,在可持续性发展的指导理念下,用洪雅县产业SWOT分析模型和区位熵分析,得出了洪雅县主导产业选择方案。
[Abstract]:Leading industry is the main source of driving force for regional economic growth and development and the main role in promoting the evolution of regional industrial structure. The selection and cultivation of leading industries in line with the concept of sustainable development will promote regional economy and society. The harmonious development of nature plays an important and irreplaceable role. Under the background of leading industry supporting Hongya county economy, this paper discusses how to choose leading industry, how to let leading industry pull the development of related industry and how to promote economy. Maintenance of ecological harmony and social stability is the core content and main purpose of this paper. This paper is based on Hongya County industrial status from three aspects: the selection and determination of leading industry principles, benchmarks and methods. SWOT analysis and location entropy analysis are used to evaluate and select the industry of Hongya County, and finally to determine the leading industry. The formation and development of leading industries can not only rely on the role of market mechanism, but also need the government to formulate various reasonable and effective policies to promote. Improvement of industrial policy, formulation of leading industry development strategy and other aspects of the corresponding measures. Finally, this paper takes Hongya County as the empirical object, under the guidance of sustainable development, using Hongya County industry SWOT analysis model and location entropy analysis, obtained Hongya County leading industry selection scheme.
