日照港港口产业链的延伸研究

【摘要】：产业链是指在经济活动过程中,从事某一项经济活动的企业由于分工和角色的不同,在上中下游企业之间形成的经济及技术的产业关联。据分析,在一定区域范围的特定产业实施产业经济的链式发展,有助于实现该地区人力和资本等生产要素的最优组合。按照产业链各个节点的不同特征,合理布局产业发展的空间格局,依靠产业链的发展来带动其他相关产业的进步,有利于提升区域经济的综合竞争力。某个产业结点的变动有可能会影响整个产业链条的变动,而产业链中产业结点的断裂或缺失,也可能影响产业的整体配套能力和整个产业链条的发展。因此,准确理解并运用产业链的概念及相关理论,对地方政府制定本地区产业政策和经济发展战略具有深远意义。日照市是我国改革开放之后,成长起来的新兴港口城市。经济发展总体水平较低,第二、三产业不够发达,工业发展较为落后,因此,日照市只是一个具有巨大发展潜能的沿海欠发达城市。日照港口经济系统是以日照港口和临港工业为主体,政府来制定区域经济的发展政策,以此来促进区域产业升级,推进区域经济的发展和创新等诸多问题都亟需产业链理论的指导。2011年1月4日,国务院出台了《山东半岛蓝色经济区发展规划》,规划要求日照市承担起山东半岛蓝色经济区、鲁南临港产业集聚区增长的重任,并力争将日照市打造成我国东部沿海重要的临港产业基地。本文通过对日照港港口产业链和港口产业链延伸相关问题的分析,探索港口产业链发展过程中的竞争优势和不足,找到延伸港口产业链的有效措施,并以此来发现日照市港口的优势产业,通过提升日照港口的核心竞争力,来提高日照市的产业竞争力,从而推动日照港口经济的长期可持续发展。
[Abstract]:Industrial chain refers to the economic and technological industrial relationship formed between the enterprises in the upper middle and lower reaches because of the different division of labor and the different roles in a certain economic activity in the process of economic activities. The implementation of chain development of industrial economy in a certain area of specific industries will help to realize the optimal combination of factors of production such as human resources and capital in the region, according to the different characteristics of each node of the industrial chain. Rational layout of the spatial pattern of industrial development, relying on the development of industrial chains to promote the progress of other related industries. The change of a certain industrial node may affect the change of the whole industrial chain and the breakage or absence of the industrial node in the industrial chain. It may also affect the overall supporting capacity of industry and the development of the whole industrial chain. Therefore, the concept and related theories of industrial chain can be accurately understood and applied. Local governments to formulate local industrial policies and economic development strategy has far-reaching significance. Rizhao City is a new port city after China's reform and opening up. The overall level of economic development is low, the second and third industries are not developed, and the industrial development is relatively backward. Rizhao City is only an underdeveloped coastal city with great potential for development. Rizhao port economic system takes Rizhao port and port industry as the main body, and the government formulates the development policy of regional economy. In order to promote regional industrial upgrading and promote regional economic development and innovation and many other issues are in need of industrial chain theory guidance. January 4th 2011. The State Council issued the "Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone Development Plan", the plan requires Rizhao City to assume the Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone, southern Shandong port industrial agglomeration area growth responsibility. And strive to build Rizhao into the eastern coast of China an important port-front industrial base. Through the analysis of the problems related to the industrial chain of Rizhao port and the extension of the industrial chain of the port, this paper explores the competitive advantages and disadvantages in the development of the industrial chain of the port, and finds out the effective measures to extend the industrial chain of the port. In order to promote the long-term sustainable development of Rizhao port economy, we can find out the advantage industry of Rizhao port, improve the core competitiveness of Rizhao port and improve the industrial competitiveness of Rizhao port.
