对外贸易对我国地区收入差距影响的研究

【摘要】：改革开放前,我国实行区域经济均衡发展战略,国家政策向中西部地区倾斜,但由于中西部,尤其是西部地区,在资源禀赋方面距离东部地区有较大差距,导致其经济效益低下,而且该发展战略牺牲了东部地区的利益,继而阻碍了我国总体经济增长,拉大了我国同世界其他国家的收入差距,因此,为促进我国经济的增长,改革开放后,我国政策向东部沿海地区倾斜,这一决策在推动我国经济高速增长的同时也引起了我国地区间收入差距的不断扩大。本文将我国分为东中西三大区域,旨在从对外开放的角度来分析要素禀赋对区域间和各区域内收入分配差距的影响。本文首先对相关理论基础和文献进行了梳理总结；然后通过图表展现了我国贸易发展状况以及东中西三大区域之间经济总量和人均国内生产总值的差异,并利用泰尔指数分析发现区域间收入差距是形成总体收入差距的原因;在对贸易通过要素禀赋影响地区收入差距的机制进行分析之后,本文利用29个省、市、自治区1993-2012年共20年的面板数据,分析了对外贸易对我国地区收入分配差距的影响,得出对外贸易扩大了区域间和各区域内部地区间的收入不平等,除此以外,本文还研究了在开放条件下技术、资本和教育对地区收入不平等的影响,发现资本和贸易结合后,人均资本存量能够减弱区域间收入的不均衡现象,但其对区域内部收入失衡性的弱化有着负面的影响；技术和贸易结合后,人均拥有的技术对区域内部收入不平等起到抑制作用,但是对区域间收入不平等起到了加剧的效果；受教育水平和贸易结合后,区域间收入不平等的现象被缓和而区域内部收入不平等的现象被加剧。以上结论为我们从贸易的角度出发提出相应的政策提供了新的途径。
[Abstract]:Before the reform and opening up, our country implemented the strategy of balanced development of regional economy, and the national policy tilted towards the central and western regions. However, because of the fact that the central and western regions, especially the western regions, were far behind the eastern region in terms of resource endowment, The economic benefits are low, and the development strategy sacrifices the interests of the eastern region, which in turn hinders the overall economic growth of our country and widens the income gap between our country and the rest of the world. Therefore, in order to promote the growth of our economy, After the reform and opening up, the policy of our country inclines to the eastern coastal areas, which not only promotes the rapid economic growth of our country, but also causes the widening of the income gap among the regions in our country. This paper divides our country into three regions: East, West and West, in order to analyze the influence of factor endowment on the income distribution gap between regions and regions from the perspective of opening to the outside world. Then the paper shows the development of China's trade and the difference of economic gross and per capita gross domestic product (GDP) between East and West, and finds out that the income gap is the reason of the overall income gap. After analyzing the mechanism of trade influencing regional income gap through factor endowment, this paper analyzes the influence of foreign trade on regional income distribution gap in China by using the panel data of 29 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions from 1993 to 2012. It is concluded that foreign trade expands income inequality between regions and regions. In addition, this paper also studies the effects of technology, capital and education on regional income inequality under open conditions, and finds that after the combination of capital and trade, The per capita capital stock can reduce the income imbalance between regions, but it has a negative effect on the weakening of income imbalance within the region. The technology per capita has a negative effect on income inequality within the region, but it has an increasing effect on the income inequality between regions; after the combination of education level and trade, The phenomenon of income inequality between regions has been alleviated and the phenomenon of income inequality within regions has been aggravated. The above conclusion provides a new way for us to put forward the corresponding policies from the perspective of trade.
