创客时代的美国大学:挑战与应对

【摘要】：美国《制造》杂志和"创客嘉年华"的创办推动了创客文化的传播和创客队伍的壮大。美国制造业的转型、创客运动的开启和创客教育的催生使美国步入创客时代。2016年,奥巴马政府的"创客国家计划"提出促进创客创业与就业,培养创客型人才,解决社会中最紧迫的问题。为此,美国高校创客联盟承诺通过开放创客空间、培养少年创客、促进创客创业、服务社会生活、辐射区域经济和密切合作关系六个方面积极推动创客教育,目前已取得阶段性进展和成果。未来,美国大学创客教育的发展将着重于兼顾创客教育公平问题、支持以创客为中心的学习、助力创客走向创业,以及拓展创客生态服务系统。
[Abstract]:The founding of the "made" magazine and the "Creator Carnival" promoted the spread of the culture and the expansion of the group of creators. The transformation of American manufacturing industry, the opening of the Traveler Movement and the emergence of the Traveler Education made the United States enter the era of creation. In 2016, The Obama administration's "Guest creation National Plan" proposes to promote entrepreneurship and employment, cultivate creative talents, and solve the most pressing problems in society. To this end, the American Alliance of University Guest has promised to cultivate young people by opening up its guest space. The six aspects of promoting pioneering business, serving social life, radiating regional economy and close cooperative relations actively promote the education of creators. At present, they have made progress and achievements in the future. The development of American college education will focus on the equity of creating-oriented education, support the customer-centered learning, help creator-oriented towards entrepreneurship, and expand the creation-oriented ecological service system.
