【摘要】:当今社会经济快速发展,经济社会中港口特别是大型枢纽港的地位越来越突出,当前港口企业已成为整体交通运输与仓储配送物流链中重要的一环,同时已完全融入到物流大链条当中。天津港作为京津冀地区规模最大、功能最完善的现代化深水港口,在区域经济对外开放中起到重要作用,对外龙头带动作用明显,作为物流链中重要的助推器与连接器,天津港是京津冀地区乃至华北地区重要的陆运和水运中转枢纽港。港口业务涉及广泛,包括:码头装卸、货物存储、船舶运输代理、物流金融等功能,只有在高科技技术支持下,才能成为符合市场要求的现代物流体系。通过对天津港散货物流公司信息管理系统的系统开发建设为研究对象,结合国内外同行业信息化建设实例,从生产需求、功能需求、软件设计、硬件设计等几个方面着手,对系统开发设计进行说明,整个系统主要分为三大模块,分别为:车辆管理模块、车辆自动衡重模块、信息管理模块分别进行说明。同时结合当前先进的视频监控技术、LED技术,完成系统设计,最终实现基于RFID技术的散杂货智能化管理,不断提高作业效率与质量。目前,天津港散货物流散杂货作业信息管理系统建设已初步完成系统开发设计,并开始上线运行,同时结合实际运行中出现的问题还需进一步完善。各部分系统处于初期使用当中,效果良好,达到了预期设计目标。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the society and economy, the status of the port, especially the large hub port, is becoming more and more prominent. At present, the port enterprise has become an important link in the whole transportation, warehousing and distribution logistics chain. Tianjin Port, as the largest and most well-functioning modern deep-water port in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, plays an important role in the opening up of the regional economy. As an important booster and connector in the logistics chain, Tianjin Port is an important transit port for land and water transportation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and even in North China. The port business involves a wide range of business, including terminal loading and unloading, cargo storage, and shipping transportation agent. Only with the support of high-tech technology can logistics finance and other functions become a modern logistics system that meets the requirements of the market. Through the development and construction of the information management system of Tianjin Port bulk cargo Logistics Company, the research object is the development and construction of the information management system of Tianjin Port bulk cargo Logistics Company. Based on the examples of information construction in the same industry at home and abroad, the system development and design are explained from the aspects of production demand, function demand, software design, hardware design, etc. The whole system is divided into three modules. They are: vehicle management module, vehicle automatic weighing module, information management module, respectively. At the same time, combining with the current advanced video surveillance technology, LED technology, the system design is completed. Finally, the intelligent management of bulk groceries based on RFID technology is realized, and the efficiency and quality of operation are continuously improved. At present, the construction of information management system for bulk cargo logistics bulk cargo operations in Tianjin Port has initially completed the development and design of the system and started to run online. At the same time, the system needs to be further improved in combination with the problems in actual operation. The system is in the initial stage of use, the effect is good, and the expected design goal has been achieved.
