合肥市产业结构演变的城市化响应分析

【摘要】：产业结构演变与城市化均为促进区域经济增长的要素,两者间的互动关系也很强。相关研究认为产业结构的演变带来人口、资源、技术的集聚,会促进城市化进程,同时城市化进程的加快有助于产业规模的调整和产业结构的升级,为产业结构升级提供所需的支撑。本文的研究重点是在深入分析两者之间互动关系的基础上,研究两者之间的协调性。本文在第一章分析说明了文章的写作背景及意义；在第二章归纳整理了国内外产业结构演进与城市化关系的文章,进行了述评,并界定了文章中出现的相关概念,梳理了不同时期产业结构演进的城市化响应过程,在整理国内外研究后认为国内外对于产业结构演变与城市化之间的关系均研究的很深入,但国外主要研究城市化与经济发展之间的关系,国内的研究主要集中在二者间互动,国内外均缺少对某一城市产业结构演变城市化响应分析思路的研究,尤其是对某一具体城市的模型、实证分析。第三章探索了某一城市产业结构演变城市化响应的分析思路,首先是产业结构演变的城市化响应过程,在这一分析中,先对横截面数据进行静态分析,再对城市化和产业结构演变之间进行关联测度,最后对两者之间的协调性进行分析,从而得出产业结构和城市化之间是否存在偏差,并且是哪种偏差；然后是响应机制的分析,在这一部分,文章运用响应强度模型,对于不同的响应强度类型进行了分类,剖析了两者之间的内在互动规律,并分析影响强度的因素；最后是响应作用方式,在作用方式中,根据相关因素建立了较为全面的指标,构建作用方式模型,更具体的体现了产业结构演变的城市化响应作用方式。第四章在以合肥市为例的过程中,对应分析框架选取合肥市2000年至2011的统计数据进行分析,最后得出结果：(1)合肥市产业结构演变与城市化之间存在的偏差主要是产业结构的偏差,究其原因有两点,一是所选城市产业就业结构与产业结构的非同步性,二是三大产业发展不合理,尤其是第三产业成为了“短板”；(2)合肥市城市化率与产业结构演变的城市化响应系数之间存在很强的正相关,即城市化率的提高,响应系数不断增强,说明城市化对产业结构的调整作用越来越强；(3)最后运用spss软件对合肥市产业结构演变的城市化响应作用方式模型进行分析,结果表明人口结构、城市化总体水平、人口承载能力、人口城市化水平、经济集聚能力等都对合肥市产业结构演变有很强的影响。文章的最后一部分针对合肥产业结构与城市化之间的分析结果提出相应的政策建议。
[Abstract]:The evolution of industrial structure and urbanization are the elements to promote regional economic growth, and the interaction between the two is also very strong. The related research holds that the evolution of industrial structure brings about the agglomeration of population, resources and technology, which will promote the process of urbanization. At the same time, the acceleration of urbanization is helpful to the adjustment of industrial scale and the upgrading of industrial structure, and provides the necessary support for the upgrading of industrial structure. Study the coordination between the two. In the first chapter, the author analyzes the background and significance of the article, in the second chapter, the author summarizes the relationship between the evolution of industrial structure and urbanization at home and abroad, and defines the related concepts in the article. Combing the urbanization response process of industrial structure evolution in different periods, the author thinks that the relationship between industrial structure evolution and urbanization is deeply studied at home and abroad after finishing the research at home and abroad. However, the relationship between urbanization and economic development is mainly studied in foreign countries. The domestic research is mainly focused on the interaction between the two, and there is a lack of research on the urbanization response to the evolution of the industrial structure of a certain city at home and abroad. In particular, the model of a specific city, empirical analysis. The third chapter explores the analysis of the urbanization response to the evolution of a city's industrial structure, first of all, the urbanization response of the evolution of the industrial structure. In this analysis, the cross-section data are analyzed statically. Then measure the relationship between urbanization and the evolution of industrial structure, and finally analyze the coordination between the two, so as to get the deviation between industrial structure and urbanization, and what kind of deviation; then the response mechanism analysis. In this part, we use response intensity model to classify different types of response intensity, analyze the internal interaction between the two, and analyze the factors that affect the intensity. Finally, the response mode, in the mode of action, According to the related factors, this paper establishes a more comprehensive index, constructs a model of the mode of action, and more concretely reflects the response of urbanization to the evolution of industrial structure. In chapter 4th, in the process of taking Hefei as an example, the corresponding analysis frame is selected to analyze the statistical data of Hefei from 2000 to 2011. The result shows that the deviation between the evolution of the industrial structure and the urbanization in Hefei is mainly the deviation of the industrial structure. There are two reasons for this. One is the non-synchronism between the industrial employment structure and the industrial structure of the selected city. Second, there is a strong positive correlation between the urbanization rate of Hefei and the urbanization response coefficient of the evolution of industrial structure, that is, the increase of urbanization rate and the increasing of response coefficient. Finally, using spss software to analyze the urbanization response mode model of Hefei industrial structure evolution, the results show that the population structure, the overall level of urbanization. Population carrying capacity, population urbanization level and economic agglomeration ability all have a strong influence on the evolution of Hefei industrial structure. In the last part of the paper, the author puts forward some policy suggestions on the analysis of Hefei's industrial structure and urbanization.
