家族企业A公司人力资源管理问题与策略研究

【摘要】:家族企业是我国民营企业发展中的核心部分,所占比例很高,在扩大社会就业、满足社会需求和促进区域经济发展方面起到了举足轻重的作用。然而家族企业的平均寿命却不高,家族企业的成长与可持续发展问题是目前家族企业面临的重要问题,而人力资源管理是影响家族企业成长、实现可持续发展的核心要素,因此,深入分析和思考当前家族企业的人力资源管理存在的问题,提出解决思路和策略是帮助家族企业实现持续发展的重要途径。本文以一家小型家族企业—A公司为例,在对中小家族企业发展历史和现状的研究基础上,,总结出A公司在不同发展阶段人力资源管理特征,重点分析其当前人力资源管理存在的问题,提出相应的解决方法和策略,为A公司的发展提供参考性建议。在系统分析家族企业A公司的人力资源管理问题的基础上,提出具体的解决思路和对策,能够帮助家族企业A公司有效识别和进一步解决当前人力资源管理问题,对其它同类企业也有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Family enterprises are the core part of the development of private enterprises in our country. They account for a high proportion and are expanding social employment. Meeting social needs and promoting regional economic development play an important role. However, the average life span of family business is not high, and the growth and sustainable development of family business is an important problem facing family business. Human resource management is the core factor that affects the growth and sustainable development of family business. Therefore, the problems existing in human resource management of family business are deeply analyzed and considered. This paper takes A small family firm as an example, based on the research of the history and present situation of small and medium-sized family business. This paper summarizes the characteristics of human resource management in different stages of development of company A, analyzes the problems existing in its current human resource management, and puts forward the corresponding solutions and strategies. On the basis of systematically analyzing the problems of human resource management in the family business A company, the author puts forward some concrete solutions and countermeasures. It can help family firm A to effectively identify and further solve the current human resource management problems, and also has certain reference value for other similar enterprises.
