基于游戏游艺产业需求的中职学校专业课程改革研究

【摘要】:游戏游艺产业被称为我国创新型文化产业中的“朝阳产业”,是先进制造业与文化创意产业紧密结合的新兴产业。早在上世纪80年代,中山市已有游戏游艺企业。经过三十余年的发展,中山市港口镇现已成为我国游戏游艺产业重要的生产和出口基地,并先后被国家和省相关部门认定或确立为“中国游戏游艺产业基地”、“广东动漫游戏游艺产业集群(中山基地)”、“广东省火炬计划游戏游艺特色产业基地”等。如今已形成了一个强大的产业集群,在全国已占据了大半壁江山,并成为该镇新的经济增长点。依据中山市“一镇一品”、“一镇一业”的“专业镇”经济战略规划特点,作为中等职业学校(以下简称“中职学校”),其专业课程改革与建设必须有效对接中山市产业结构,有针对性地培养人才,满足企业人才需求。以C校作为实验学校,在调研中发现,该校在中山市大力发展职业教育和打造游戏游艺产业基地的契机中,地理优势凸显。但在专业建设中还存在一些问题,如没有顺应时势,结合区域经济特点,大力发展适应地方经济产业结构的专业,服务地方经济建设,提高就业的质量。为此,通过调查研究分析,提出专业课程改革策略,为该校提供参考。为对中职学校当前的专业课程设置的现状、问题进行分析,并探讨出适应游戏游艺产业的中职学校专业课程改革策略。本文研究主要采用了文献研究法、实地调查法、问卷调查法。通过搜集有关中职学校专业课程改革的相关文献,结合中山市游戏游艺产业的发展状况及其对人才的需求情况的调查,得出当地游戏游艺企业需求的人才结构统计结果。本研究重点分析了中职学校专业课程的现状,发现学校存在教学目标设置上与区域的经济产业需求的人才结构相脱节,专业课程设置的内容选择不科学,教师整体的教学方法滞后,学生的考核制度不完善,学生实习的专业对口率不高等主要问题。基于上述存在的问题,本研究认为应该及时对专业课程进行改革,通过对课程设置的原则、课程内容、课程结构、课程实施、课程评价及校企合作方面进行改革,从而得出基于游戏游艺产业需求的中职学校专业课程改革的策略。
[Abstract]:The game and entertainment industry is known as the "sunrise industry" in China's innovative cultural industry. It is a new industry that closely integrates advanced manufacturing and cultural and creative industries. As early as -20s, After more than 30 years of development, Zhongshan Gangkou Town has become an important production and export base for the game and recreation industry in China. And has been recognized or established as the "Chinese game and entertainment industry base", "Guangdong animation game industry cluster (Zhongshan base)", "Guangdong torch project game and entertainment industry base" and so on. Has formed a strong industrial cluster, It has occupied most of the country and become the new economic growth point of the town. According to the economic strategic planning characteristics of "one town, one product" and "one town and one industry" in Zhongshan City, As a secondary vocational school (hereinafter referred to as "secondary vocational school"), its professional curriculum reform and construction must effectively connect with the industrial structure of Zhongshan City, train talents to meet the needs of enterprises. In the investigation, we found that in the opportunity of developing vocational education and building game and recreation industry base in Zhongshan City, the geographical advantage is prominent. However, there are still some problems in professional construction, such as failing to adapt to the current situation and combining the characteristics of regional economy. We should vigorously develop specialties adapted to the local economic and industrial structure, serve the local economic construction, and improve the quality of employment. Therefore, through investigation and analysis, this paper puts forward the reform strategy of professional curriculum. In order to analyze the current situation and problems of professional curriculum in secondary vocational schools, and explore the strategies of professional curriculum reform adapted to the game and recreation industry, this paper mainly adopts the literature research method. Field investigation, questionnaire survey. Through collecting relevant literature about professional curriculum reform in secondary vocational schools, combining with the development situation of game and recreation industry and its demand for talents in Zhongshan City, This study focuses on the analysis of the current situation of specialized courses in secondary vocational schools, and finds that there is a gap between the teaching objectives set and the regional economic and industrial demand for talent structure. The main problems such as the unscientific content selection of the professional curriculum, the lagged teaching methods of the teachers, the imperfect examination system of the students, the low professional counterpart rate of the students' practice, etc., are based on the problems mentioned above. This study holds that professional courses should be reformed in a timely manner, through the reform of the principles, contents, structure, implementation, evaluation and cooperation between schools and enterprises. Therefore, the strategy of professional curriculum reform in secondary vocational schools based on the demand of game and entertainment industry is obtained.
