【摘要】：根据党的十八大和十八届三中全会精神，中央农村工作会议对“三农”工作面临的形势进行了全面分析并进一步明确了新时期的任务。会议充分认识到乡村的发展状况还是全面建成小康社会的短板。农业基础是否稳固，农村是否和谐稳定，，农民是否安居乐业直接关系到整个社会经济发展是否具有保障。 鄱阳湖生态经济区位于江西省北部地区，是江西省第一个上升为国家战略层面的经济发展区，其乡村建设发展状况不仅直接关系到该地区整体经济发展水平，还能从某种程度上反映中部崛起政策的成效。因此明确乡村建设的目标和原则，建立能够客观地、动态地、全面反映鄱阳湖生态经济区乡村村建设的评价指标体系，对推动鄱阳湖生态经济区的乡村建设发展的对策建议具有重大的意义。 本文以鄱阳湖生态经济区为研究对象，以31个县市区为研究单元，以区域经济学、发展经济学、区域可持续发展理论以及人文地理学等相关理论为指导，利用相关的区域经济分析方法、数学模型分析法、并借助ArcGIS和GeoDA软件空间分析技术方法，采取定性与定量相结合，对鄱阳湖生态经济区31个县市区的乡村类型进行分类，并将2000年—2010年的各县市区的乡村性作出评价，研究在这十年之间鄱阳湖生态经济区乡村性在空间格局演变特征，揭示该区域范围内乡村性发展状况和可能存在的主要问题，并提出影响并推动鄱阳湖生态经济区乡村发展建设的对策建议。 本文经过研究分析得出的结论主要有:(1)根据三次产业相对比重将鄱阳湖生态经济区的县域划分成第一产业主导型、第二产业主导型、第三产业主导型和均衡型4种乡村发展类型，各种类型所占比重为12.5%、9.38%、12.5%、65.62%；（2）2000年-2010年，根据Arcgis提供的Jenks最佳自然断裂法，将鄱阳湖生态经济区各县市区乡村性指数分为5种等级，即乡村性弱、较弱、中等、较强、强区域，乡村性弱和乡村强的地区保持不变，乡村性较弱和中等的区域所占的比重上升，乡村性较强的地区所占的比重下降；(3)2000年以来都阳湖生态经济区经济联系的绝对差异呈不断增大趋势;由相对差异和偏差系数的分析可知，鄱阳湖生态经济区各县市区经济联系位于中间位置各县市区的联系量在增加，区域整体有向均衡方向发展的趋势；(4)利用Arcgis软件Jenks最佳断点分类法将Getis-Ord Gi*指数从低到高分成4大类：冷点区域、次冷区域、次热区域和热点区域，得出从2000年-2010年热点区分布保持一致，冷点区有演化分布扩大，表明集聚区域内部差异有缩小的态势，乡村性水平差距则表现出继续扩大的发展趋势。

The ecological economic zone of Poyang Lake is located in the northern region of Jiangxi Province, Jiangxi province is the first rose to national strategic level economic development zone, the development of rural construction is not only directly related to the overall level of economic development in the region, but also to some extent reflects the policy effects of the rise of central China. So the specific objectives and principles of rural construction, to establish objectively, dynamically and comprehensively reflect the rural village of Poyang Lake ecological economic zone construction evaluation index system, has great significance on the Countermeasures of rural construction to promote the development of the ecological economic zone of Poyang Lake.
