存济堂公司知识型员工激励体系构建研究

【摘要】:随着知识经济时代的到来,,知识己经成为关键的资源。作为知识的创造者和载体的知识型员工,对企业的发展有着相当大的影响。目前,我国很多民营企业都缺乏对知识型员工的激励、培养和管理,导致了人力资源效率低下和知识型员工的流失。随着市场竞争的加剧,企业之间的竞争亦愈演愈烈,而企业竞争的本质就是人才的竞争。因此,如何充分调动企业知识型员工的工作积极性,激励他们不断提高工作效率,发挥更大的潜能,是企业管理者急需解决的问题。而能否根据知识型员工特性建立一个科学有效的激励体系,是企业提升自身创新能力、增强市场竞争力的重要举措。 存济堂是一家民营高新技术企业,主要业务是医药制品的研发、生产和销售,员工主要分为研发人员、管理人员、销售人员、理疗师、护理人员几大类。公司现有的员工都属于有一定的知识储备的知识型员工。知识型员工和其他员工群体有着明显的不同的追求,他们具有一定的创新能力,追求工作的自主性和成就动机感,同时,也有较强的流动性。因此,探索出一套合适的激励措施并在企业实践中加以应用,对企业的发展来说是至关重要的。 本文研究存济堂公司的知识型员工激励体系,通过对存济堂公司知识型员工激励体系现状的调查研究,找出该公司在激励体系方面存在的弊端和缺陷,从而制定出有针对性的解决方案,重构存济堂公司激励体系模式,引导企业充分挖缺自身的人才资源,促进企业快速、高效发展,进而对区域经济的发展做出贡献。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become a key resource. As the creator and carrier of knowledge, knowledge workers have a considerable impact on the development of enterprises. Many private enterprises in our country lack the incentive, training and management to the knowledge workers, which leads to the low efficiency of human resources and the loss of knowledge workers. With the aggravation of market competition, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more serious. The essence of enterprise competition is talent competition. Therefore, how to fully mobilize the work enthusiasm of knowledge workers in enterprises, encourage them to continuously improve their work efficiency, play a greater potential, Whether we can establish a scientific and effective incentive system according to the characteristics of knowledge workers is an important measure for enterprises to enhance their own innovation ability and enhance their market competitiveness. Jujitang is a private high-tech enterprise, the main business is the research and development of pharmaceutical products, production and sales, employees are mainly divided into R & D personnel, management, sales personnel, physiotherapists, There are several categories of nursing personnel. The existing employees of the company are all knowledge workers with a certain knowledge reserve. Knowledge workers and other groups of employees have obvious different pursuits, they have a certain degree of innovation. In pursuit of job autonomy and achievement motivation, there is also a strong mobility. Therefore, to explore a set of appropriate incentives and to apply them in enterprise practice is of great importance to the development of enterprises. This paper studies the incentive system of Knowledge-based employees in Cunjitang Company. Through the investigation and research on the current situation of the incentive system of Knowledge-based employees in CJT Company, it finds out the drawbacks and defects of the incentive system in this company. In order to establish a targeted solution, reconstruct the incentive system model of Cunjitang Company, guide the enterprise to fully exploit its own human resources, promote the rapid and efficient development of the enterprise, and then contribute to the development of regional economy.
