【摘要】:随着社会的发展和时代的进步,人们对安全和健康的认识日益重视,安全文明的生产环境已是对一个企业必然要求。近几年,计算机科学技术与网络技术的迅速发展,使得全面开发和利用企业资源,建立企业级的管理系统成为可能。对于电力企业安全性评价,改变传统的手工与单机版管理模式,采用新的技术手段,大幅提升安评工作的效率,以取得更高的经济与社会效益,是电力工业信息化的要求。在这样的要求和环境下,并结合电力企业安全性评价的现状,研究开发基于web浏览器的电力企业安全性评价系统具有重要的现实意义。四川电力是国有特大型企业,是隶属于国家电网公司的全资子公司。其核心业务为电网经营,四川省境内主要的电网建设、规划、电力供应和运营均由四川电力负责。如此庞大的一个企业,其供电安全关系到众多人的生命安全和所在区域经济的发展。对于四川电力企业来说,如何在保证最大限度安全的情况下进行生产一直是四川电力企业研究的重要课题。在目前,通过人工方式进行安全评价一直是四川电力企业中广泛适用的安全性评价方法。但是,这种人工方式的准确性和效率一直为人诟病。因此,结合新的信息技术来改变这一传统的评价模式已经成为现今迫切的需求。在互联网高度发达的今天,单机的系统已经不能够适应现代企业的信息化需求了,WEB化的安全评价系统的未来大势所趋。本论文研究并实现了一套基于B/S模式的电力企业安全性评价系统。系统采用了B/S模式,并基于MVC架构开发模式,利用Java EE平台和Oracle数据库.进行开发。系统实现了系统管理、评价项目管理、评价任务管理、整改管理、公示栏,在这些大的模块中包含了一些特设模块如专家查评、系统查评提醒等。系统简洁易操作,使得电力企业安全性评价工作变得科学、简单、智能和安全,管理及运行更有效率。四川电力企业安全评价系统是一套具有很强实用性、适应性、可靠性的安全评价系统,该系统有效地帮助电力企业各级单位和机构落实安全性评价工作的展开,并确保在安全性评价工作的各个环节中环环相扣、动态管理、规范管理。全面提升了四川电力企业安全评价工作的水平。

How to make production under the condition of maximum safety has been an important research topic for Sichuan electric power enterprises. At present, Safety evaluation by artificial means has been widely used in Sichuan electric power enterprises. However, the accuracy and efficiency of this artificial method has been criticized. Combining new information technology to change this traditional evaluation model has become an urgent need. The single computer system can no longer meet the needs of modern enterprise informatization and the future trend of the security evaluation system based on Web. This paper studies and implements a set of electric power enterprise security evaluation system based on B / S model. The system adopted the B / S model, Based on the development mode of MVC architecture, the system is developed using Java EE platform and Oracle database. The system realizes system management, evaluation project management, evaluation task management, rectification management, publicity bar, etc. These large modules include some special modules, such as expert review, system review and warning, etc. The system is simple and easy to operate, which makes the safety evaluation of electric power enterprises scientific, simple, intelligent and safe.
