区域化背景下皖江城市带高职毕业生就业流向分析

【摘要】：皖江经济的快速发展呼唤高技能的应用型人才,而这一区域高职毕业生就业却出现向江浙沪闽地区流动的"孔雀东南飞"现象,其原因在于区内高职专业与地方产业的契合度不高、高职毕业生就业专业相关度低、供需结构失衡以及就业观念狭隘等因素。只有立足区域经济,进一步明确服务区域经济发展要求;调整优化专业结构,提高专业与产业吻合度;加强产学深度合作;引导学生转变观念,鼓励服务区域经济发展;充分发挥政府职能,营造良好就业环境;才能有效缓解这一现象。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of Anhui River economy calls for highly skilled applied talents, but the phenomenon of "peacock flying southeast" appears in the employment of higher vocational graduates in this region, which flows to Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Fujian and Fujian regions. The reasons are that the degree of conformity between higher vocational specialty and local industry is not high, the correlation of vocational college graduates' employment specialty is low, the structure of supply and demand is out of balance and the concept of employment is narrow and so on. To further clarify the requirements of economic development in service regions; to adjust and optimize the professional structure and improve the degree of match between specialty and industry; to strengthen the deep cooperation between industry and education; to guide students to change their concepts and encourage the development of regional economy; to give full play to the functions of the government; Create a good employment environment; can effectively alleviate this phenomenon.
