新时期私营企业经典模式变迁及启示

【摘要】：在相同的制度供给环境之下,各地区经济受到地理环境、人文背景、制度等因素的影响,遵循着不同的发展路径,衍生出不同的经济效益,从而出现了"一制多式"的发展格局,在这里最具典型性的是温州模式、苏南模式以及珠江模式。从以上三种模式的制度变迁轨迹来看,都有很多值得借鉴的地方。具体为:强化地方政府引导,营造良好的创业文化氛围,加强人才培育,破除人才流动障碍,进一步发展区域特色经济,集中力量发展产业集群,支持成立地方商会组织。
[Abstract]:Under the same institutional supply environment, each region's economy is influenced by geographical environment, humanistic background, institution and so on, following different development paths and deriving different economic benefits. As a result, the development pattern of "one system, multi-type" has emerged. The most typical models here are the Wenzhou model, the southern Jiangsu model and the Pearl River model. From the perspective of the institutional changes of the above three models, There are many areas worth learning from. They are: strengthening the guidance of local governments, creating a good atmosphere of entrepreneurial culture, strengthening the cultivation of talents, breaking down obstacles to the flow of talent, further developing the regional economy with special characteristics, and concentrating on developing industrial clusters. Support the establishment of local chambers of commerce.
