中国南车城轨基地发展策略研究

【摘要】:随着中国经济的高速发展和新型城镇化建设进程的日益加快,城市轨道交通发展迅速,给城轨车辆装备制造业带来了巨大的发展空间。各企业迫于市场竞争的需要加快扩张,在诸多城市投资建设了一些城轨基地,并且可以预见还会有类似的基地诞生。然而,目前城轨车辆新造产能与市场容量严重不匹配,大部分基地基本上处于亏损状态,城轨基地的生存和发展已成为投资者急需解决的问题。因此巨额投资之后,如何选择和调整城轨基地发展策略具有重要的现实意义。 本文从南车集团城轨修造基地的基本情况出发,对其运营过程中面临的产能过剩等问题进行了深入分析。在分析基础上提出进一步优化城轨修造基地投资的总体思路,并将这一思路运用到不同的经济社会环境下的城轨修造基地之中。 文章的主要结论有:(1)南车集团城轨修造基地面临着产能过剩、技术平台平移风险等发展困境;(2)城轨修造基地的投资优化思路主要有:根据区域经济发展情况,适宜的控制投资强度和进度、利用总部资源,对区域相关产业进行组合和拓展、基地与总部资源共享、积极拓展车辆维保业务;(3)经济发达区域的城轨修造基地可以采用创新维保模式与拓展相关产业相结合的方式来实现“自我造血”;(4)经济欠发达区域的城轨修造基地可以以车辆造修和维保作为业务支撑,通过引入BT+O或BOT运营模式,进行与总部相适宜的产业整合或并购,增强基地的生存与发展能力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the accelerating process of new urbanization construction, urban rail transit has developed rapidly, which has brought huge development space to the equipment manufacturing industry of urban rail vehicles. Some urban rail bases have been invested in many cities, and it can be predicted that similar bases will be born. However, at present, the new production capacity of urban rail vehicles and the market capacity are seriously mismatched, and most of the bases are basically in a state of loss. The survival and development of urban rail base has become an urgent problem for investors, so how to choose and adjust the development strategy of urban rail base after huge investment has important practical significance. Based on the basic situation of the city rail repair base of the South car Group, this paper makes a deep analysis of the problems of overcapacity in the course of its operation. On the basis of the analysis, it puts forward the general idea of further optimizing the investment of the city rail repair base. And applies this thought to the city rail repair base under the different economic and social environment. The main conclusions of this paper are: (1) the urban rail repair base of Nanche Group is faced with overcapacity, the risk of technology platform translation and so on. The main ideas of investment optimization are: according to the situation of regional economic development, the main ideas of the investment optimization of the urban rail repair base are as follows:. Appropriate control of investment intensity and progress, use of headquarters resources, combination and expansion of regional related industries, base and headquarters resources sharing, Actively expand the vehicle maintenance and maintenance business) the urban rail repair base in the economically developed region can combine the innovative maintenance mode with the expansion of related industries to realize "self-hematopoiesis" and "self-hematopoiesis" 4) the urban rail repair base in the less developed region. Vehicle repair and maintenance can be used as business support. Through the introduction of BT O or BOT operation mode, the industrial integration or M & A suitable for the headquarters is carried out to enhance the survival and development ability of the base.
