区域经济新常态的空间特征与政策取向

【摘要】：经济新常态标志着宏观经济迈向更高级发展阶段,分析经济转型的方向和动力,发现经济基本面开始发生实质性变化。区域经济伴随宏观经济的深度调整也进入到新的发展阶段,呈现出经济增速空间分化、空间结构协调发展、增长动力突出创新驱动等重大变化,区域政策作为优化区域经济布局的重要手段,需要顺应区域经济新常态积极进行重构。首先阐释区域经济新常态的理论逻辑,进而分析区域经济新常态的发展趋势,最后从提高区域政策精准性和有效性、推动空间均衡协调发展、促进区域创新和技术进步等方面提出区域政策重构的取向,以期打造区域经济升级版,重塑区域经济发展格局,实现区域经济更可持续发展。
[Abstract]:The new normal state of the economy marks a step towards a higher stage of macroeconomic development and analyzes the direction and motive force of economic transformation. It is found that substantial changes have taken place in the economic fundamentals. The regional economy has also entered a new stage of development along with the deep adjustment of the macro-economy, showing a spatial differentiation of economic growth rate and coordinated development of the spatial structure. As an important means to optimize the layout of regional economy, regional policy, as an important means of optimizing regional economic layout, needs to be reconstructed actively in accordance with the new normal of regional economy. First, it explains the theoretical logic of the new normal of regional economy. Then it analyzes the development trend of the new normal state of regional economy, and finally puts forward the orientation of regional policy reconstruction from the aspects of improving the accuracy and effectiveness of regional policy, promoting the balanced and coordinated development of space, promoting regional innovation and technological progress, etc. In order to create an upgrade version of regional economy, reshape the pattern of regional economic development and realize more sustainable development of regional economy.
