京津冀协同发展背景下雄安新区发展思路研究

【摘要】：随着供给侧结构性改革政策的实施,河北省经济可持续发展遇到了困境。本文分析了雄安新区的设立及现状,比较了深圳特区、浦东新区和雄安新区的设立历程及优势。又结合珠三角、长三角和京津冀三大区域经济在发展不平衡、市场化程度低、科技资源配置效率差异大的不同情况进行了比较,思考了设立雄安新区的重大意义及发展思路。建议以雄安新区建设为契机,把雄安新区开发建设作为提高京津冀协同发展的重中之重。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of the supply-side structural reform policy, the sustainable economic development of Hebei Province has encountered difficulties. This paper analyzes the establishment and present situation of Xiong'an New area, and compares the Shenzhen Special Zone. The history and advantages of the establishment of the Pudong New area and the Xiong'an New area are also compared with the three regional economies of the Pearl River Delta, the Yangtze River Delta and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in terms of unbalanced development, low degree of marketization, and large differences in the efficiency of scientific and technological resources allocation. It is suggested that the development and construction of Xiong'an New area should be regarded as the most important part of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Province, taking the construction of Xiong'an New area as a turning point.
