东亚国家就业市场的冲突与共赢

【摘要】:东亚国家是全球最重要的就业市场,对全球经济增长带来巨大影响。然而,这些国家主要供给低技能劳动力,同质性较高,对资本普遍具有强需求,使得国家之间存在潜在的就业冲突。2008年之后,受到中国人工成本上升,这些国家之间出现了对外资的再分配,也从而带来了就业岗位分布的调整。从中长期来看,东亚国家将普遍失去大规模低技能劳动力的竞争优势,且可能成为受到新科技革命对就业冲击最严重的地区。通过区域经济一体化扩大各国产品市场、促进对发展的共同参与、加强就业领域的对话和合作,是东亚国家未来共同发展的潜在机遇。
[Abstract]:East Asian countries are the most important job market in the world, which has a huge impact on global economic growth. However, these countries mainly supply low-skilled labor, have a high homogeneity, and have a strong demand for capital in general. There is a potential employment conflict between countries. After 2008, due to the rise in labor costs in China, there has been a redistribution of foreign investment among these countries, which has also brought about adjustments in the distribution of jobs. In the medium to long term, East Asian countries will generally lose the competitive advantage of large-scale, low-skilled labour and may become the regions hardest hit by the new scientific and technological revolution. Through regional economic integration, countries will expand their product markets and promote joint participation in development. Strengthening employment dialogue and cooperation is a potential opportunity for East Asian countries to develop together in the future.
