河南省粮食加工产业集聚问题的研究

【摘要】：产业集聚作为时下一种极其重要的经济发展模式，无论是在发展中国家乃至发达国家，俨然成为经济活动中广泛存在且不可或缺的经济现象。在经济全球化激烈竞争的这一时代背景下，“中国梦”的民族宏愿推涌热潮中，我国粮食加工产业不得不同其他产业一样依附于现代科技和产业结构调整来加以应对。中国虽然不是农业强国，但不可否认它是农业大国，具有发展粮食加工产业集聚的天然优势。作为中国农业大省之一的河南省地处中原，其农业在中国占有及其重要的地位。同时，在国家粮食安全中颇有地位的中原经济区则以河南为主体，由此，，我省粮食加工产业的发展对于自身的经济建设具有相当重要的意义；地理位置在我国东、中、西部三大地带交界处，交通又非常具有优势的河南异常突出；2014年，国家总理李克强在中央《政府工作报告》中特别提到，要加大对中西部地区新型城镇化的建设支持，提高产业发展和集聚人口能力，这表明国家对于区域经济政策的杠杆已经倾斜。再加上河南省对于产业集聚的高度重视，容易看出河南省粮食加工产业发展粮食产业集聚的必要性和可能性。现在，粮食加工产业集聚发展日新月异，但是伴随而来的问题也逐渐凸显，在机遇与挑战并存的产业时代，对河南省粮食加工产业集聚问题的研究迫在眉睫。论文共七章，首先以绪论开篇，接着第二章续写理论基础部分，选题背景、研究意义、文献综述、相关理论概述等都包含在前两章，为论文的顺利编写打下坚实的基础。第三、四、五章是文章的主体部分。先有第三章分析河南省粮食加工产业集聚的现状，为第四章中问题的提出做准备；第四章依据现状提出河南省粮食加工产业集聚发展中存在的问题；接着第五章给出粮食加工产业集聚发展的机遇，是发展粮食加工产业集聚的优势所在。第六章是整个论文的收篇段落，提出了加强培育发展优势品牌企业和改善企业集聚的整体环境，大力推进产业的自助创新，提升粮食加工产业的集聚度等等建议，引导我省粮食加工产业集聚朝更高、更好、更快的方向发展，促使我省粮食加工产业集聚建设成为全国乃至世界的前沿。
[Abstract]:Industrial agglomeration as an extremely important economic development model, whether in developing countries or even developed countries, has become a widespread and indispensable economic phenomenon in economic activities.Under the background of the fierce competition of economic globalization, during the upsurge of Chinese Dream's national ambition, China's grain processing industry has to rely on the adjustment of modern science and technology and industrial structure to cope with it as other industries.Although China is not a powerful agricultural country, it can not be denied that it has the natural advantage of developing grain processing industry agglomeration.As one of the major agricultural provinces in China, Henan Province is located in the Central Plains, and its agriculture occupies an important position in China.At the same time, Henan is the main part of the Central Plains Economic Zone, which plays a very important role in the national food security. Therefore, the development of the grain processing industry in our province is of great significance to our own economic construction.Henan, where traffic is extremely advantageous at the junction of the three major western regions, is particularly prominent. In 2014, Premier Li Keqiang specifically mentioned in the Central Government work report that it is necessary to increase support for the construction of new urbanization in the central and western regions.Improving the capacity of industrial development and population agglomeration indicates that the levers of regional economic policy have been tilted.In addition, Henan Province attaches great importance to industrial agglomeration, it is easy to see the necessity and possibility of developing grain industry agglomeration in Henan Province.Nowadays, the agglomeration of grain processing industry is developing with each passing day, but the problems come out gradually. In the industrial age where opportunities and challenges coexist, it is urgent to study the problem of food processing industry agglomeration in Henan Province.The thesis is composed of seven chapters, first the introduction, then the second chapter, the theoretical foundation, the background of the topic, the significance of the research, the literature review, and the related theories are all included in the first two chapters, which lay a solid foundation for the smooth compilation of the thesis.The third, fourth and fifth chapters are the main part of the article.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of food processing industry agglomeration in Henan Province in order to prepare for the problems in the fourth chapter, the fourth chapter puts forward the problems existing in the development of food processing industry cluster in Henan Province according to the current situation.Then the fifth chapter gives the opportunity of grain processing industry agglomeration, which is the advantage of grain processing industry agglomeration.The sixth chapter is the closing paragraph of the whole paper, and puts forward some suggestions, such as strengthening the cultivation and development of superior brand enterprises and improving the overall environment of enterprise agglomeration, vigorously promoting self-help innovation of industry, enhancing the concentration of grain processing industry, and so on.Guide our province grain processing industry agglomeration to the direction of higher, better, faster development, promote our province grain processing industry agglomeration to become the forefront of the whole country and even the world.
