区域经济发展条件与扶贫开发的路径选择——基于云南曲靖的研究

【摘要】：云南曲靖区域贫困呈现"4+1+4"的特征,即4个片区县加一个国家级贫困县和4个插花县,其中会泽县和宣威市为乌蒙山片区,师宗县和罗平县为滇桂黔石漠化片区。文章以曲靖区域贫困作为研究对象,在调查研究的基础上,分析曲靖区域贫困的分布与特征,从区位、资源、产业发展方面分析了曲靖区域发展条件。区域经济发展与扶贫开发,要创新扶贫开发体制机制,激发内生发展动力,同时加强基础设施建设,培育特色优势产业。
[Abstract]:The poverty in Qujing area of Yunnan Province shows the characteristics of "414", that is, four slice counties plus one state-level poverty county and four flower arrangement counties, of which Huize County and Xuanwei City are Wumengshan region, Shizong County and Luoping County are Yunnan, Guangxi and Guizhou rocky desertification regions.On the basis of investigation and research, this paper analyzes the distribution and characteristics of poverty in Qujing region, and analyzes the development conditions of Qujing region in terms of location, resources and industrial development.Regional economic development and poverty alleviation development should innovate the system and mechanism of poverty alleviation and development, stimulate endogenous development power, strengthen infrastructure construction, and cultivate characteristic superior industries at the same time.
