供给侧改革视角下高职院校服务区域经济社会发展的困境与对策

【摘要】：文章主要分析了高职院校服务区域经济社会发展存在的主要问题,探讨了影响高职院校服务区域经济社会发展的主要因素,在此基础上提出了加强和改进高职院校服务区域经济社会发展的对策,具体包括深化人才培养供给侧改革,精准服务区域产业人才需求;构筑产学研协同创新体系,提升服务区域经济发展能力;助力科技成果高效转化,推动区域经济快速发展;打造终生教育基地,推进学习型区域创建。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly analyzes the main problems existing in the regional economic and social development of higher vocational colleges, and probes into the main factors that affect the regional economic and social development of higher vocational colleges.On this basis, the paper puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen and improve the regional economic and social development of higher vocational colleges, including deepening the reform of the supply side of talent training, accurately serving the demand of regional industries, building a collaborative innovation system of production, learning and research,To promote the ability of serving regional economic development; to promote the efficient transformation of scientific and technological achievements and promote the rapid development of regional economy; to build a lifelong education base to promote the establishment of learning-oriented regions.
