高等院校开展市场化培训的可行性研究

【摘要】：本文通过对我国培训市场的现状的认识和分析,从目前培训市场的规律与特点,培训市场的发展和分解,对高校继续教育培训市场进行了一个分类,指出了高校参与培训市场的必要性。接着,分析了我国高校培训业务发展的现状,指出了我国高校拓展市场化培训业务存在的问题。为了更进一步促进我国高校培训业务市场化,同时分析其优势、劣势、机遇、威胁。
[Abstract]:Based on the understanding and analysis of the present situation of the training market in China, this paper classifies the market of continuing education in colleges and universities according to the law and characteristics of the current training market and the development and decomposition of the training market.The necessity of participating in the training market is pointed out.Then, this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of college training business in China, and points out the problems existing in the development of market-oriented training business.In order to further promote the marketization of training business in colleges and universities, and analyze its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
