中国大都市食品安全指数模型构建与应用

【摘要】：针对中国大都市食品安全现状与监管需求,提出一种食品安全指数模型的构建方法.基于食品日常监督抽检和风险监测大数据,考虑指标效益,设计有效系数及影响因子进行数学建模.通过深圳市实例验证,获得2013—2016年深圳市食品安全指数依次为89.88、90.31、91.89和92.66,表明所建立的食品安全指数模型实用有效,可用于城市食品安全评价或区域比较.
[Abstract]:According to the current situation of food safety and the demand of supervision in Chinese metropolis, a method of constructing food safety index model is put forward.Based on big data of daily food supervision and risk monitoring, effective coefficient and influence factor were designed to model the mathematical model.The food safety index of Shenzhen from 2013 to 2016 is 89.88 / 90.31 / 91.89 and 92.66 respectively, which shows that the established food safety index model is practical and effective and can be used for urban food safety assessment or regional comparison.
