福州A甩挂站场平面布局及仿真研究

【摘要】:甩挂运输作为一种低碳环保的新型高效运输方式,符合当今我国现代物流业发展的要求,是我国“十二五”规划以来大力提倡推广的道路运输方式。发展甩挂运输需要一个好的站场为其提供基础的设施保障,而目前我国甩挂运输发展尚处起步阶段,甩挂站场的设计规划也没有形成统一的方法,基本处于落后状态。 甩挂站场是甩挂运输发展的基础,其合理布局和科学运作对我国现代公路运输的健康快速发展有着十分重要的作用。甩挂站场的平面布局规划是甩挂站场规划的重要组成部分,对于提高站场内部运作水平、节约土地使用具有重要作用。通过甩挂站场的平面布局规划,能够提高公路运输效率,提高物流作业组织化水平和集约化程度,从而带动整个物流网络的作业能力,促进城市和区域经济发展。 本论文以首批甩挂试点之一的福州A甩挂站场为例,从以下几方面对甩挂站场的平面布局问题进行研究:首先,通过对国内外甩挂运输发展现状的分析,在总结了国内外甩挂相关领域分析研究现状的基础上,阐述了常用的几种平面布局方法,选取系统布置设计法(Systematic Layout Planning, SLP)、遗传算法、计算机仿真三种方法,将其应用到解决甩挂站场的平面布局问题中。其次,对甩挂站场内部作业流程和功能区划分进行分析,利用SLP得到站场内各个功能区的综合相关性,这部分是甩挂站场布局设计和仿真的基础。接下来,在SLP基础上引入遗传算法,确定目标函数,在约束条件限制下,建立站场布局数学模型,运用Matlab软件求解模型,收敛后得到初步布局方案。然后,基于Flexsim仿真软件,建立甩挂站场作业流程仿真模型。通过一段时间的仿真运行,来考核站场内部主要作业区的作业流畅性、站场整体作业节拍平衡性以及场内设施设备的利用效率和配置数量,进而完善甩挂站场平面布局方案。最后,回顾和总结全文的主要研究内容,归纳了本文的主要研究工作,并对今后的研究工作了展望。
[Abstract]:As a new and efficient transportation mode of low carbon and environmental protection, it meets the requirements of the development of modern logistics industry in our country. It is a road transportation mode that has been vigorously promoted since the 12th Five-Year Plan in our country. It needs a good station yard to provide basic facilities for its development, but at present, the development of swing and hang transportation in China is still in its infancy, and the design planning of the yard is not unified, and it is basically in a backward state. Swing and hang station is the basis of the development of transportation, and its rational layout and scientific operation play a very important role in the healthy and rapid development of modern highway transportation in China. The layout planning of the swing and hanging station is an important part of the layout planning, which plays an important role in improving the internal operation level of the station yard and saving the land use. Through the plane layout planning of the dumping and hanging yard, the highway transportation efficiency can be improved, the organization level and intensive degree of logistics operation can be improved, thus the operation ability of the whole logistics network can be promoted, and the development of city and regional economy can be promoted. This paper takes Fuzhou A dumping Station, one of the first batch of pilot projects, as an example, and studies the plane layout of the yard from the following aspects: first, through the analysis of the current situation of domestic and foreign transportation development, On the basis of summarizing the present situation of analysis and research on the related fields of hanging and dumping at home and abroad, this paper expounds several commonly used methods of plane layout, and selects three methods of system layout design, such as systematic Layout planning, slp, genetic algorithm, computer simulation, etc. It is applied to solve the problem of plane layout of swing and hang yard. Secondly, the paper analyzes the operation flow and the division of the function area of the dumping and hanging station, and obtains the comprehensive correlation of each function area by using SLP, which is the basis of layout design and simulation of the dumping and hanging station. Then, the genetic algorithm is introduced on the basis of SLP, and the objective function is determined. Under the constraint condition, the mathematical model of station layout is established, and the solution model is solved by using Matlab software, and the preliminary layout scheme is obtained after convergence. Then, based on the Flexsim simulation software, the simulation model of the operation flow of the dumping and hanging station is established. Through a period of simulation operation, the operation fluency of the main operation area in the station yard, the balance of the whole operation beat, the utilization efficiency and the configuration quantity of the facilities in the station are examined, and the layout scheme of the dumping and hanging station is improved. Finally, the main research contents of this paper are reviewed and summarized, the main research work of this paper is summarized, and the future research work is prospected.
