区域经济生态对中小企业融资的影响研究

【摘要】：中小企业在促进经济增长、保障就业以及促进技术进步等方面一直发挥着重要的作用,其发展关乎国民经济的稳定增长。然而中小企业的持续发展却始终受困于融资难题,学术界虽然对中小企业融资困境给予了大量关注,但是鲜有学者注意到区域环境对中小企业融资的影响,尤其是区域经济生态差异对融资行为的作用。因此本文从区域经济生态角度出发,首先对区域经济生态进行综合评价,并在此基础上,选取中小企业板上市公司相关财务数据,分别研究不同区域经济生态、中小企业自身特征、以及二者交互给企业融资行为带来的影响。本文围绕区域经济生态问题从区域宏观经济环境、金融发展状况与科教环境三方面建立了综合评价指标体系,研究发现不同地区的中小企业所处经济生态存在着巨大的差异。通过在宏观区域环境层次与微观中小企业层次分别建立模型,本文证实区域经济生态差异、企业自身特征差异这两个层次的因素都会导致不同地区的中小企业在融资活动中表现出差异,同时区域经济生态差异也会影响企业自身特征对其融资的作用。即宏观层次的区域经济生态会正向影响企业的融资行为,微观层次的企业的保障能力、盈利能力等六项指标也对其融资行为有着正向影响,并且其中的盈利能力等三项指标的影响作用会受到区域经济生态的加强。在区域经济生态较好的地区,中小企业各项能力的提升能够对融资行为产生更加显著的带动作用。因此为促进中小企业的健康发展,应注重对区域经济生态的改善,加强区域科教环境建设,完善中小企业直接融资渠道,发展中小金融机构,积极缩小区域经济差异。
[Abstract]:Small and medium-sized enterprises have been playing an important role in promoting economic growth, ensuring employment and promoting technological progress. Their development is related to the steady growth of the national economy. However, the sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises has always been trapped in the financing difficulties. Although the academic community has paid a lot of attention to the financing difficulties of SMEs, few scholars have noticed the impact of the regional environment on the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises. In particular, regional economic and ecological differences on the role of financing behavior. Therefore, from the point of view of regional economy and ecology, this paper firstly evaluates the regional economy and ecology, and on this basis, selects the relevant financial data of the listed companies on the SME board, and studies the different regional economic ecology, respectively. Small and medium-sized enterprises own characteristic, and the influence that the two interacts bring to the enterprise financing behavior. This paper sets up a comprehensive evaluation index system from three aspects of regional macroeconomic environment, financial development and science and education environment, and finds that there are great differences in the economic ecology of small and medium-sized enterprises in different regions. Through the establishment of models at the level of macro regional environment and micro level of small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper confirms the regional economic and ecological differences. The differences of enterprises' own characteristics both lead to the differences in the financing activities of small and medium-sized enterprises in different regions, and the regional economic and ecological differences will also affect the role of enterprises' own characteristics on their financing. That is, the macro-level regional economic ecology will positively affect the financing behavior of enterprises, and the micro-level of the enterprise's security ability, profitability and other six indicators will also have a positive impact on their financing behavior. And the impact of three indicators, such as profitability, will be strengthened by regional economic ecology. In regions with better regional economic ecology, the enhancement of SMEs' ability can play a more significant role in promoting financing behavior. Therefore, in order to promote the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises, we should pay attention to the improvement of regional economic ecology, strengthen the construction of regional science and education environment, perfect the direct financing channels of small and medium-sized enterprises, develop small and medium-sized financial institutions, and actively narrow the regional economic differences.
