【摘要】：企业集群作为一种社会化大生产的组织模式，已经成为许多地方区域经济发展中的显著特色，也成为一个国家和地区经济持续增长的核心极而计算机技术和信息技术,电子商务的发展为企业集群的发展提供了信息化的道路企业集群信息化将进一步促进集群效应，提高产业竞争力与地方经济综合实力本文依托东莞圣茵花卉园艺有限公司的第二期信息化建设，提出应用信息化手段推动花卉产业规模化经营，以信息平台为纽带，通过互联网促进花卉产业集群和协同合作构建花卉企业集群商城信息门户和协同商务平台，解决以圣茵为核心的花卉产业集群中部分企业信息化不足，，研发乏力处于产业链最尾端联合上下游企业，依靠群体来增强以圣茵为核心的花卉集群竞争力做大做强，扩大区域影响力，在日益激烈的市场环境中，获取长期的竞争优势本论文的主要工作包括以下方面： (1)对花卉产业链中企业集群所涉及的角色协作方式和动态联盟组建过程进行研究，分析了花卉企业集群协同商务的优势和可行性从而建立一个有效且稳定的企业集群商城和协同商务平台 (2)实现以圣茵公司为核心搭建集群商城信息门户，商城信息门户起到集群企业对外宣传集群企业形象和商务销售的作用每个集群企业拥有自己的主页进行企业信息发布和花卉销售与供应集群首页集成圣茵花卉销售联盟热卖和推荐产品供应公告栏论坛生态园等信息，是各关联机构和集群企业用户访问和获取信息与服务的入口 (3)花卉行业企业集群协同商务模块的开发与设计,使企业实现信息共享和协同商务，延长花卉产业供应链的信息化集群企业注册成为企业联盟并被审核通过的企业，可以在平台内进行协同业务合作信息共享协同关系管理等
