FDI对越南工业化—现代化事业的影响

【摘要】：随着经济社会国际化的发展趋势,越南利用的外国直接投资正在日益猛烈增加并对越南经济及工业化-现代化事业起着十分重要的作用。外国直接投资(Foreign Direct Investment-FDI)是现代资本国际化的一种主要形式,是投资发展的一个重要资本之一,有助于促进经济结构转移为工业化-现代化方向,开发新的行业、产品,提高管理能力及技术水平,扩大出口市场,提供更多就业机会,引导主动参加经济一体化进程。FDI被视为各个国家经济增长的一把金钥匙。 1986年,越南政府开始提出工业化-现代化计划,努力打造越南成为一个工业国家。1994年,政府决定推动该计划,颁发开放政策以使越南经济融入于世界与区域经济。FDI是实行那些主张的不可缺少因素。外资不仅解决发展社会投资的资金缺口,而且还为越南经济创造重要工业行业,提供先进的技术,生产更多高质量产品,提供更多就业机会,促进越南经济的内生发展,为工业化-现代化事业创造一个综合力量。本文首先介绍越南工业化-现代化计划的制定,发展阶段以及越南进行工业化与现代化需要的条件和背景。其次,通过亚洲四小龙和中国等国家的经验,为越南的工业化提出最基本的要求和发展战略。然后,又通过分析FDI在越南的现状以及其对越南投资、对外贸易、国民收入和技术进步的影响来了解FDI促进越南工业化和现代化的发展途径。本文还进行分析越南利用FDI的优势、劣势、机会和威胁以清楚意识越南对外资的吸引力。最后,在此基础之上,对越南吸引和利用外资的未来发展提出了相关建议,主要是管理方面和投资环境方面,继续发挥已有的优势,尽量限制无需的困扰,既符合越南的工业化-现代化计划的发展路线,又对促进越南经济的快速发展具有一定的实用价值。
[Abstract]:With the development trend of the internationalization of the economy and society, the foreign direct investment used by Vietnam is increasing fiercely and plays a very important role in the economy of Vietnam and the cause of industrialization and modernization.
Foreign direct investment (Foreign Direct Investment-FDI) is one of the main forms of modern capital internationalization and one of the important capital of investment development. It helps to promote the transfer of economic structure to industrialization modernization, to develop new industries, products, improve management ability and technical level, expand export market and provide more employment. Opportunities to guide the active participation in the process of economic integration.FDI is regarded as a golden key to the economic growth of various countries.
In 1986, the Vietnamese government began to propose a plan for industrialization and modernization, trying to build Vietnam into an industrial country in.1994. The government decided to promote the plan and issue an open policy to integrate the Vietnamese economy into the world and the regional economy,.FDI is an indispensable factor in the implementation of those claims. Foreign investment is not only a solution to the lack of funds for the development of social investment. It also creates important industrial industries for the Vietnamese economy, provides advanced technology, produces more high quality products, provides more employment opportunities, promotes the endogenous development of Vietnam's economy, and creates a comprehensive strength for industrialization and modernization.
This article first introduces the formulation of Vietnam industrialization modernization plan, the stage of development and the conditions and background of industrialization and modernization in Vietnam. Secondly, it puts forward the most basic requirements and development strategies for Vietnam industrialization through the experience of four Asian dragons and China and other countries. Then, it also analyzes the current situation of FDI in Vietnam. And its impact on Vietnam investment, foreign trade, national income and technological progress to understand the way FDI promotes the industrialization and modernization of Vietnam. This article also analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Vietnam to make clear the attraction of Vietnam to foreign capital. On the basis of this, Vietnam attracts and uses foreign capital on this basis. Some suggestions are put forward for the future development, mainly in the aspects of management and investment environment, which will continue to play an advantage and limit the unneeded problems. It is not only in line with the development line of the industrialization of Vietnam, but also has a practical value for the rapid development of Vietnam's economy.
