基于ISCNFI分析框架的我国区域产业融合发展研究

【摘要】：基于产业融合发展的趋势与特征,在借鉴中外经验及结合我国实际发展水平的基础上,围绕投入信息化、产出服务化、流程低碳化、组织网络化、融资多元化以及创新集成化,本文通过构建产业融合发展的ISCNFI分析框架,对我国30个地区2012年度产业融合情况进行测度。研究发现我国各地区产业融合程度差异性显著,多数地区融合程度与理想状态差距较大,但与区域经济发展水平间存在着较高的一致性。这意味着产业融合作用于经济发展的地区差异性较为显著,其原因可部分归结于区域产业结构、经济基础及政府干预强度等影响因素的差异。
[Abstract]:Based on the trend and characteristics of industrial convergence development, on the basis of drawing lessons from Chinese and foreign experience and combining with the actual development level of our country, the paper focuses on input information, output service, low carbonization of process, organization networking, financing diversification and innovation integration. By constructing the ISCNFI analysis framework of industrial convergence development, this paper measures the industrial convergence in 30 regions of China in 2012. It is found that there are significant differences in the degree of industrial convergence among different regions in China, and there is a large gap between the degree of integration in most regions and the ideal state, but there is a high consistency between the degree of convergence and the level of regional economic development. This means that the regional differences of industrial convergence in economic development can be attributed in part to the differences of regional industrial structure, economic base and the intensity of government intervention.
