芬兰应用科学大学发展研究

【摘要】:上世纪九十年代初芬兰教育部门对高等教育进行改革,设置了由多所高中后职业教育学校合并而成的非大学组织机构——多科技术学院(即应用科学大学)。它是芬兰最年轻的高等学校,也是芬兰高等教育不可或缺的组成部分,能够与综合大学平起平坐。随着经济社会的发展,芬兰应用科学大学对区域经济发展的重大贡献有目共睹,得到了芬兰社会各界的赞许。在芬兰高校学生中,近一半是应用科学大学学生。芬兰应用科学大学历经了近30年的发展,现已形成了适合自身发展的办学模式。本文以芬兰应用科学大学的发展为研究对象,以其创建背景和三个历史发展阶段为轨迹,揭示其发展过程中的变化规律,总结其发展特征和经验及其对中国地方本科院校转型发展的借鉴与启示。本文共分为五个部分:绪论部分:概述了选题的背景、相关文献综述、涉及核心概念阐述及论题研究意义。第一章:简述芬兰应用科学大学产生背景、发展历程及地位。第二章:对芬兰应用科学大学教育发展进行全面研究,包括院校基本概况、教育模式、师资队伍建设、研发创新(research,development and innovation,简称RDI)、质量保证体系等几个方面。第三章:总结芬兰应用科学大学发展过程中形成的主要特征,即:专业课程灵活多样且紧接地方经济发展、师资队伍要求高且注重教师职后培训、校企合作紧密且教学紧接工作生活、质量保障机制完善且具有专项经费保障。第四章:芬兰应用科学大学教育发展的成功经验及其启示,首先分析了我国地方本科院校转型发展中存在的几点问题,办学定位不明确、专业设置缺乏特色、教师发展有待提高、校企合作有待加强。其次总结了几点芬兰应用科学大学对我国地方本科院校转型的启示即:明确院校办学定位满足地方实际需求;完善师资队伍建设提高教学产出质量;切实加强校企合作提高科技成果转化率;健全质量保障体系促进院校发展质量。通过研究,以期为我国地方本科院校转型提供借鉴,助推其实现又好又快的大发展。
[Abstract]:In the early 1990s, the Finnish education department reformed higher education and set up a non-university organization, namely, the University of Applied Science, which was formed by the amalgamation of many post-high school vocational education schools. It is Finland's youngest institution of higher learning and an integral part of Finnish higher education, on an equal footing with comprehensive universities. With the development of economy and society, the great contribution of Finnish University of Applied Science to the development of regional economy is obvious to all, and it has been praised by all walks of life in Finland. Nearly half of Finnish university students are students at the University of Applied Science. After nearly 30 years of development, the Finnish University of Applied Science has formed a school model suitable for its own development. This paper takes the development of the Finnish University of Applied Science as the research object, taking its founding background and three historical stages as the track to reveal the law of change in the course of its development. This paper summarizes its development characteristics and experiences, and its reference and inspiration to the transformation and development of local colleges and universities in China. This paper is divided into five parts: introduction: the background of the topic, related literature review, including the core concepts and the significance of research. Chapter one: brief introduction to the background, development and status of Finnish University of Applied Science. Chapter two: a comprehensive study on the development of education in the University of Applied Science in Finland, including the basic situation of the university, the educational model, the construction of the faculty, the research and development of research and development and innovation, the quality assurance system and so on. The third chapter summarizes the main characteristics of the development of Finnish University of Applied Science, that is, the professional curriculum is flexible and diverse, and the local economic development is immediate, the teaching staff is demanding and pays attention to the post-service training of teachers. Close cooperation and teaching work life, quality assurance mechanism and special funding guarantee. Chapter four: the successful experience and enlightenment of Finnish University of Applied Science. Firstly, it analyzes some problems existing in the transformation and development of local colleges and universities in our country. The orientation of running a university is not clear, and the specialty setting is lack of characteristics. Teacher development needs to be improved, and cooperation between schools and enterprises needs to be strengthened. Secondly, it summarizes the enlightenment of Finnish University of Applied Science to the transformation of local universities in China, that is, to make clear the orientation of colleges and universities to meet the actual local needs, to perfect the construction of teachers and to improve the quality of teaching output. Strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises to improve the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements; improve the quality assurance system to promote the quality of the development of colleges and universities. Through the research, we hope to provide reference for the transformation of our local colleges and universities, and help them to achieve a good and fast development.
