山西国有林场场外发展林业的调查与建议

【摘要】：介绍了山西省场外造林发展情况,分析总结了造林成效、主要经验做法和存在的主要问题,提出了下一步国有林场搞好场外造林工作的建议与对策。山西省国有林场从2011年开展场外合作造林以来,至今已完成合作造林近2.3万hm2,总投资达到2.12亿元。其主要方式有购买式、合作式、股份式等,合作造林将林区的专业优势很好地融入到了当地县域经济发展和生态建设中,实现了国家增绿、地方增效、农民增收的"三增"目标,有效推进了地方区域经济的转型与跨越发展。今后要创新经营理念,实现持久合作共赢。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the development of off-site afforestation in Shanxi Province, analyzes and summarizes the effect of afforestation, main experience and existing problems, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to do a good job of afforestation in state-owned forest farms in the next step. Since the development of off-site cooperative afforestation in 2011, the cooperative afforestation of Shanxi state-owned forest farm has been completed nearly 23000 mm ~ 2, with a total investment of 212 million yuan. The main ways are purchase, cooperation, shares, and so on. Cooperative afforestation integrates the professional advantages of forest regions into the local county economic development and ecological construction, and realizes the national green enhancement and local efficiency. The goal of increasing farmers' income has effectively promoted the transformation and leapfrogging development of local regional economy. In the future, we should innovate our business philosophy and achieve lasting cooperation and win-win results.
