我国公民体育锻炼意识的提升路径

【摘要】：在释义公民体育锻炼意识价值的基础上,探究我国公民体育锻炼意识的情况。研究认为我国区域经济发展不平衡,影响公民体育意识的增强;社会阶层的进一步分化,导致公民体育锻炼意识的相容性不足;体育人口年龄结构的两极化,制约公民体育锻炼意识的延续。进而提出加强区域经济合作,消除区域间公民体育意识不平衡;发挥政府和社会的调控职能,提高各阶层公民体育锻炼意识;加强社会文化及经济建设,解除女性体育锻炼意识束缚;减轻社会生活和工作压力,促进青壮年群体的体育锻炼意识稳定增强等。从而有效提高公民体育锻炼意识,推动全民健身事业的健康发展。
[Abstract]:On the basis of explaining the value of citizen's physical exercise consciousness, this paper probes into the situation of citizen's physical exercise consciousness in our country. The study considers that the imbalance of regional economic development in China affects the enhancement of citizen's sports consciousness, the further differentiation of social stratum leads to the lack of compatibility of citizen's sports exercise consciousness, the polarization of the age structure of sports population, Restrict the continuation of citizen's physical exercise consciousness. Then the paper puts forward to strengthen the regional economic cooperation, eliminate the imbalance of the citizens' sports consciousness among the regions, give play to the functions of the government and the society, improve the awareness of the citizens' physical exercise at all levels, and strengthen the social culture and economic construction. To relieve the restriction of female physical exercise consciousness, to relieve social life and work pressure, and to promote the steady strengthening of young and middle-aged group's physical exercise consciousness, etc. In order to effectively improve citizens' awareness of physical exercise, promote the healthy development of the cause of national fitness.
