基于区域创新环境的高新技术企业财务预警研究

【摘要】：如今,区域创新能力日益成为地区经济获取国际竞争优势的决定性因素。有研究表明,世界上最发达的区域科技实力最高的地区均根植于本地社会文化的良好创新网络中,其中区域创新环境是最为关键的一个因素。因而,只有具有良好创新环境的区域,才能更有效地创新,并构建区域竞争优势。在当前十八大“建设创新型国家”的政策督促下,在国家大力发展高新技术产业区从而带动各区域经济发展的形势下,我国不同区域的高新技术企业处在不同的创新环境下,其财务状况是否也会因此而受到影响,是一个亟待研究和探讨的紧迫性问题。本文针对目前国内有关企业财务预警研究中忽视的区域创新环境这一因素出发,在对中国区域环境质量监测及创新环境软实力分析的基础上,从理论分析和实证两个角度进行了具体分析。在实证研究中,本文选取沪深两市2008-2012年度各个省共691家高新技术企业财务面板数据,从偿债能力、获利能力、营运能力和企业现金流四个方面共12个指标构建财务预警体系来衡量高新技术企业的财务风险,并从创新基础设施、创新文化环境、创新服务环境和区域内企业的创新能力四大方面共13个指标衡量各区域各省市的区域创新环境,再用STATA分析软件从指标、区域差异两个层次分别分析自变量区域创新环境与因变量财务预警,得出两者之间的关系与具体影响。分别经过显著性检验、相关性分析和回归分析,最终得出创新基础设施环境与高技术企业的偿债能力与营运能力相关,且有一定正相关关系；创新人文环境与高新技术企业的获利能力有关,有一定正相关关系；创新服务环境与高新技术企业的营运能力有关,且有一定正相关关系；而企业创新能力与高新技术企业的偿债能力、获利能力、营运能力、现金流均有正向关系。整体来说,两者相关关系较为显著,在一定程度上相互促进。同时,经过区域间比较,得出东部沿海地区的财务预警状况比西部地区更佳,在一些财务指标上差异更显著。为此,本文提出了针对创新环境与高新技术企业财务风险预警的相关政策建议,以促进我国区域创新环境质量与企业发展两个维度的共同提高。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, regional innovation ability has become the decisive factor for regional economy to gain international competitive advantage. Some studies have shown that the most developed regions in the world have the highest scientific and technological strength rooted in the good innovation network of local social culture, among which the regional innovation environment is the most critical factor. Therefore, only regions with good innovation environment can innovate more effectively and construct regional competitive advantages. Under the supervision of the policy of "building an innovative country" at the current 18th National Congress, and under the situation of the state vigorously developing high-tech industrial zones and thus promoting the economic development of various regions, high-tech enterprises in different regions of our country are in different innovative environments. Whether its financial situation will also be affected is an urgent issue to be studied and discussed. Based on the analysis of the regional environmental quality monitoring and the soft power of the innovation environment in China, this paper aims at the regional innovation environment which is neglected in the financial early warning research of domestic enterprises. From the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis of two specific points of view. In the empirical study, this paper selects the financial panel data of 691 high-tech enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets from 2008 to 2012. There are 12 indexes in four aspects of operating ability and cash flow to measure the financial risk of high-tech enterprises, and to measure the financial risk of high-tech enterprises from the aspects of innovation infrastructure and innovative cultural environment. There are 13 indexes to measure the regional innovation environment of provinces and cities in the four aspects of innovation service environment and innovation ability of enterprises in the region. The two levels of regional differences analyze the independent variables regional innovation environment and dependent variables financial early warning, and obtain the relationship between the two and the specific impact. After significant test, correlation analysis and regression analysis, it is concluded that the innovative infrastructure environment and the solvency of high-tech enterprises are related to the operating ability, and there is a positive correlation; The innovation humanistic environment is related to the profitability of high-tech enterprises, and there is a positive correlation between the innovative service environment and the operation ability of high-tech enterprises, and there is a positive correlation between the innovative service environment and the operation ability of high-tech enterprises. The innovation ability has positive relationship with the debt repayment ability, profitability, operating ability and cash flow of high and new technology enterprises. Overall, the relationship between the two is more significant, to a certain extent mutual promotion. At the same time, through the regional comparison, it is concluded that the financial early warning situation in the eastern coastal areas is better than that in the western regions, and the differences in some financial indicators are more significant. In order to improve the quality of regional innovation environment and the development of enterprises, this paper puts forward some relevant policy suggestions for the innovation environment and the financial risk warning of high-tech enterprises in order to promote the improvement of the quality of regional innovation environment and the development of enterprises.
