紫阳富硒茶国家品牌示范区创建路径研究

【摘要】:“全国知名品牌创建示范区”是一个新生事物,是国家质检总局为了落实《质量发展纲要(2011-2020年)》的一项重要战略举措,旨在提升我国各产业领域的质量管理水平和品牌建设水平,并进一步推动产业结构调整和发展方式转变,促进区域经济获得又好又快的发展。我国种茶、制茶的历史悠久,且品牌繁多,而随着工业化水平的升级,各品牌茶叶的质量和品牌价值也在不断提升,品牌示范区的创建将是茶叶产业发展的又一大机遇,对其创建过程进行研究具有重要的理论和实践意义。 本文以全国第一个茶叶类“全国知名品牌创建示范区”,即以紫阳县“全国富硒茶产业知名品牌创建示范区”为研究对象,在考察、调研并参与实践的基础上,以质量管理理论和品牌建设理论为理论指导,通过研究紫阳富硒茶的发展历史、品牌发展现状等,探索其建设国家品牌示范区的原因和意义,,并运用层次分析法对紫阳富硒茶国家品牌示范区创建过程中的各项任务要素进行分析,建立层次结构模型,通过向相关专家进行问卷调查来获取相关数据,然后以问卷调查结果及分析得到的相关结论为依据,尝试找出紫阳富硒茶国家品牌示范区建设的重点工作及相应措施,并建立具体实施方案。 论文是在参与紫阳富硒茶国家品牌示范区创建实践工作的基础上,通过理论分析、实践总结而最终成文的,为国家品牌示范区的创建提出了以质量为核心来构建质量品牌系统工程和长效机制的品牌示范区创建模式。

Tea production in China has a long history and a wide range of brands. With the upgrading of the industrialization level, the quality and brand value of tea brands are also constantly improving. The establishment of a brand demonstration area will be another opportunity for the development of the tea industry. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the process of its creation. This paper takes the first tea "National famous Brand Establishment demonstration Zone", which is Ziyang County, as the research object, on the basis of investigation, investigation and participation in practice. Under the guidance of quality management theory and brand building theory, this paper explores the reasons and significance of the construction of national brand demonstration area by studying the development history and brand development status of Ziyang Se-rich Tea. And use the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the various task elements in the process of establishing Ziyang Se-rich Tea National Brand demonstration Zone, establish the hierarchical structure model, and obtain the relevant data by questionnaire survey to the relevant experts. Then based on the results of questionnaire survey and analysis of the relevant conclusions, this paper tries to find out the key work and corresponding measures of the construction of Ziyang Se-rich Tea National Brand demonstration Zone, and establish a concrete implementation plan. On the basis of participating in the establishment of Ziyang Se-rich Tea National Brand demonstration Zone, the paper is finally written through theoretical analysis and practice summary. For the establishment of the national brand demonstration zone, the paper puts forward the model of building the brand demonstration zone with quality as the core to construct the quality brand system engineering and the long-effect mechanism.
