空港都市区间成长机制与调控策略构建研究

【摘要】:当前,在聚集与扩散机制的共同作用下,国际门户型航空枢纽触发形成了城市新型空间形态——空港都市区,并逐渐成为推动区域和国家在经济全球化背景下参与国际竞争的关键要素。进入21世纪以来,中国航空客货运总量分别以12.17%和13.8%的年均复合增长率高速增长,为国内空港都市区的发展提供了必要条件和初始动力。面对当前战略机遇,如何对空港都市区空间的建设发展进行科学、合理引导,成为确保空港都市区发挥区域经济增长极效应,提升所在城市国际竞争力和全球战略地位的关键所在。本文从空港都市区的空间本质出发,利用“能动者-结构”理论对空港都市区的空间成长特征和规律进行理论分析,并将空港都市区空间成长的主要原因归结为人类的行为与活动,进而将空港都市区空间成长机制视为影响空港都市区空间成长的各类动力主体的相互关系及其行为选择基础上形成的社会互动过程,进而基于此认识,利用质性研究与量化研究的整合方法探索引导空港都市区空间成长的科学方法。论文首先对国外空港都市区空间建设发展的基本经验进行总结,并对比性地指出当前国内空港都市区建设发展的困境。进而对空港都市区空间成长相关理论进行分析,并将存在研究逻辑递进关系的基于“能动者—结构”理论的解释性研究和“解困”方法探索作为本文研究的主线与核心内容。基于“能动者—结构”理论的解释性研究,主要包括空港都市区空间成长的特征与规律,以及空港都市区空间成长的机制两方面理论探讨。首先,空港都市区的空间成长可概括为空港都市区静态空间格局和动态空间演进的耦合。在静态空间格局方面,空港都市区存在与依托城市融合、邻近及远离三种区位类型,其空间蕴含内部组团间及港城间的双向互动式关联,并且在空间组织形式上显现出显著的圈层式结构特征;而空港都市区动态空间演进则遵循轴向扩展、圈层扩展和网络扩展三种形式,并依赖空港自身航运设施建设、道路与通信基础设施建设、集疏运系统组织优化、产业结构升级与集群培育、生态资源开发与利用得以实现;将空港都市区的静态空间格局和动态空间演进进行耦合,即可得出蛛网型的基础空间形态模式,并在不同影响要素作用下,可分异为连绵带型、组团串联型、星座型、组团放射型四种现实类型。其次,从空港都市区主体空间行为对空间成长效应的角度探讨空港都市区空间成长的机制,从而在理论层面对空港都市区空间成长的特征与规律进行解释。本文将空港都市区空间成长动力主体界定为市场性主体、社会性主体和政府性主体三种类型,选取临空企业主体、居民主体和政府主体对主体构成进行替代简化,分别对主体空间行为以及行为之间的交互进行分析,并探讨主体行为的空间效应。“解困”方法探索包括空港都市区空间调控策略构建方法设计与试验性应用两部分内容。在空港都市区空间调控策略构建方法设计中,基于空港都市区空间成长机制,明确了空港都市区空间成长调控追求空间主体博弈均衡和合作博弈的价值取向,并从“认知、协调和行动”三方面搭建了空间调控策略构建的范式框架,进而以此为依据在对传统空间发展策略构建方法局限性进行探讨的基础上,将质性研究中的扎根理论和量化研究中的网络分析方法整合一体作为空港都市区空间调控策略构建的方法。在方法应用上,本文选取广州白云机场空港都市区作为案例进行了试验性验证。在解析案例空间成长历程和现状特征的基础上,按照空港都市区空间调控策略构建方法进行了程序化操作,在不同阶段先后获得空港都市区空间成长理论模型,不同空间圈层空间成长要素权重与空间成长趋势判断,以及空间调控行动策略三方面的应用成果。
[Abstract]:At present, under the joint effect of the aggregation and diffusion mechanism, the international portal type aviation hub has triggered a new urban space form - the airport metropolitan area, and gradually becomes the key factor to promote the regional and national participation in international competition under the background of economic globalization. Since twenty-first Century, the total volume of China's air passenger and cargo transportation is 12.17%, respectively. The rapid growth rate of the annual average growth rate of 13.8% has provided the necessary conditions and initial impetus for the development of the domestic airport metropolitan area. In the face of the current strategic opportunities, how to carry out scientific and reasonable guidance on the construction and development of the space of the airport metropolitan area is to ensure the regional economic growth pole effect of the airport metropolitan area, and to promote the international competition in the city. Based on the spatial nature of the airport metropolitan area, this paper makes a theoretical analysis of the spatial growth characteristics and rules of the airport metropolitan area by using the "activist structure" theory. The main reasons for the spatial growth of the airport metropolitan area are attributed to the human behavior and activities, and then the empty port metropolitan area is empty. The inter - growth mechanism is regarded as a social interaction process which is formed on the basis of the behavior choice which affects the spatial growth of the airport metropolitan area. Based on this understanding, the scientific method of guiding the space of the airport metropolitan area is explored by the integration method of qualitative research and quantitative research. The basic experience of urban space construction and development is summarized, and the predicament of the construction and development of the current domestic airport metropolitan area is contrasted, and the related theories of space growth in the airport metropolitan area are analyzed, and the interpretative research and "solving the difficulties" based on the "activist - construction" theory of the logical progressive relationship will exist. As the main line and core content of this study, the interpretative research based on the "activist structure" theory mainly includes the characteristics and laws of space growth in the airport metropolitan area and the two aspects of the mechanism of space growth in the airport metropolitan area. First, the spatial growth of the airport metropolitan area can be summarized as the static state of the airport metropolitan area. In the static spatial pattern, in the static spatial pattern, the airport metropolitan area exists and relies on the urban integration, adjacent to and away from the three types of location, its space contains the internal groups and the two-way interaction between the port and city, and in the form of space organization shows a significant layer structure characteristics; and empty port The evolution of urban dynamic space follows three forms of axial expansion, circle expansion and network expansion, and depends on the construction of the airport itself, the construction of the road and communication infrastructure, the optimization of the organization of the collection and transportation system, the upgrading of the industrial structure and the cultivation of the cluster, the realization of the development and utilization of the ecological resources, and the static space lattice of the airport metropolitan area. The basic spatial pattern of cobweb type can be obtained by coupling the evolution of the Bureau and the dynamic spatial evolution, and under the influence of different factors, it can be divided into four kinds of realistic types, namely, continuous belt type, group series type, constellation type and group radiation type. Secondly, from the Perspective of space growth effect of the main space in the airport metropolitan area, the airport metropolitan area is discussed. The mechanism of space growth is explained in the theoretical level. This paper defines the main body of space growth dynamics as the market subject, the social subject and the government body in three types, selecting the main body of the enterprise, the main body of the residents and the main body of the government. It analyzes the interaction between the behavior of the main space and the behavior, and discusses the spatial effect of the main behavior. The method of "solving the difficulties" includes two parts: the design method and the experimental application of the space control strategy construction method and the experimental application in the airport metropolitan area. The spatial growth mechanism of the metropolitan area defines the value orientation of the spatial growth regulation in the space development of the airport and the cooperation game of the space subject, and builds the framework of the spatial regulation strategy from three aspects of "cognition, coordination and action", which is based on the limitations of the traditional space development strategy construction method. On the basis of the discussion, we integrate the grounded theory in qualitative research and the network analysis method in quantitative research as a method to construct the spatial regulation strategy of the airport metropolitan area. In the method and application, this paper selects the Guangzhou Baiyun Airport Airport City as a case test verification. On the basis of the current status characteristics, the space regulation strategy is programmed in accordance with the spatial regulation strategy of the airport metropolitan area. The spatial growth theory model of the airport metropolitan area, the weight of the spatial growth factor and the spatial growth trend in different space circle, and the application results of the three aspects of the space control action strategy are obtained at different stages.
