滨海新区主导产业的选择及其发展模式研究

【摘要】：随着我国现代化建设步伐的逐渐加快,区域经济在国民中的重要地位开始慢慢凸现出来,其发展程度和发展模式关系到我国经济的整体运行水平。区域主导产业不仅体现着区域资源的比较优势,还是有着主导部门属性的产业,本质上来讲是区域性主导产业。主导产业作为推动经济发展的推动力起着至关重要的作用。因此,对于滨海新区主导产业的选择以及研究其产业的发展模式就成为了振兴滨海新区今后经济发展的重中之重。本文先是对滨海新区经济发展的现状进行了整体地梳理、分析以及和其他地区的比较,并在此基础之上,对相关的概念进行了界定,提出了对滨海新区主导产业进行选择的指标体系,并对指标体系的选取标准和原则进行了详细的阐述。结合滨海新区的实际情况,采用因子分析方法、主成分分析方法以及SWOT分析方法对主导产业的选择进行了实证研究。进一步,选出典型的两个产业,对其今后适合的发展模式进行详细的论述。最后给出本文的结论。本文所采用的数据来源于《滨海新区统计年鉴》、《天津统计年鉴》、《上海浦东新区统计年鉴》、《深圳特区统计年鉴》。
[Abstract]:With the gradual acceleration of China's modernization construction, the important position of regional economy in the national economy is gradually emerging, and its development degree and development mode are related to the overall operating level of our country's economy. Regional leading industry not only embodies the comparative advantage of regional resources, but also has the property of leading department. In essence, it is a regional leading industry. Leading industry as a driving force to promote economic development plays a vital role. Therefore, the choice of leading industries in Binhai New area and the study of its industrial development model have become the most important part in the economic development of Binhai New area in the future. In this paper, the present situation of economic development in Binhai New area is summarized, analyzed and compared with other regions, and on the basis of this, the related concepts are defined. The index system of selecting the leading industries in Binhai New area is put forward, and the selection criteria and principles of the index system are expounded in detail. Combined with the actual situation of Binhai New area, this paper makes an empirical study on the choice of leading industries by factor analysis, principal component analysis and SWOT analysis. Further, select the typical two industries, and discuss the suitable development model in the future. Finally, the conclusion of this paper is given. The data used in this paper come from the Statistical Yearbook of Binhai New area, Tianjin Statistical Yearbook, Shanghai Pudong New area Statistical Yearbook and Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Statistical Yearbook.
