萧山配电网规划研究

【摘要】:伴随着城镇化进程的逐步加快,全社会对各级配电网建设的关注度也持续增加。城市配电网布局、结构是否与城市发展相匹配,在满足区域负荷发展同时满足供电可靠性的要求,日益成为电网建设与管理者最需要关注的问题。 配电网规划指在现状电网分析和未来负荷分布预测的基础上,在满足未来客户容量和电能质量的情况下,从变电站选址及建设规模、接线模式、馈线数量、线路路径及设备选型中,寻求一个最优或次优方案作为规划改造方案,使投资、运维、线损和供电可靠性损失费用之和最小。 本文首先对萧山区配电网现状进行了系统的分析,总结出影响供电可靠性的主要因素和薄弱环节。其次结合地区社会经济发展及相关数据,开展电力需求预测,在此基础上,明确了配电网规划目标,提出了110kv及10kV两级配电网具体规划方案。最后对上述方案进行了投资估算和效果分析。 本规划研究旨在为未来几年萧山区配电网规划建设提供技术支撑和参考,以更好的满足区域经济发展对电网建设的要求。
[Abstract]:With the gradual acceleration of urbanization, the whole society is paying more attention to distribution network construction at all levels. Whether the layout and structure of urban distribution network match with the development of city and satisfy the demand of power supply reliability in the development of regional load has become the most important problem for power grid construction and management. Distribution network planning is based on the analysis of the current power network and the forecasting of future load distribution, under the condition of satisfying the future customer capacity and power quality, from the substation location and construction scale, wiring mode, feeder number, In the selection of route and equipment, an optimal or suboptimal scheme is sought as the plan and reconstruction scheme, which minimizes the sum of investment, operation and maintenance, line loss and power supply reliability loss cost. In this paper, firstly, the present situation of distribution network in Xiaoshan District is systematically analyzed, and the main factors and weak links that affect the reliability of power supply are summarized. Secondly, combined with the regional social and economic development and related data, the forecast of power demand is carried out. On this basis, the distribution network planning objectives are defined, and the specific planning scheme of 110kv and 10kV distribution network is put forward. Finally, the investment estimation and effect analysis are carried out. The purpose of this planning study is to provide technical support and reference for the planning and construction of distribution network in Xiaoshan District in the next few years, so as to better meet the requirements of regional economic development for grid construction.
