基于分子计算的中小企业演化机制研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, theorists' research on the growth and development of enterprises is more and more inclined to learn from the evolutionary principles of biology and life science to study the development and growth of enterprises. This method is called bionics. Bionics is a new subject which applies the theory and method of biology to other disciplines and interprets problems according to the principle of life system. Bionics has been applied to the study of enterprises. In the aspect of enterprise growth, it is quite new to analyze the evolution mechanism and law of enterprise growth from the point of view of life system and its evolution mechanism. As the "cell" of the development of market economy, small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in promoting economic growth. In terms of employment, attracting private investment, promoting technological innovation, maintaining market vitality, and improving regional economic development, etc. Has played a very important role, and made a positive contribution. On the basis of combing the research of enterprise evolution and its progress, this study regards the enterprise as a real cell, and analyzes the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises with the help of the structure and function of cells in biology. At the same time, it provides a new idea and research idea for the exploration of the bionic management model of small and medium-sized enterprises by combining the molecular computing models such as membrane calculation which is abstracted from the cells. Firstly, this paper introduces the background, current situation and problems of the research. By summarizing the basic theories of cell P system, enterprise cell and enterprise DNA, the enterprise P system model of enterprise bionic management is put forward. Secondly, the double strand of DNA molecule is constructed by analyzing the core elements of constructing enterprise. The replication and mutation of enterprise gene promote the enterprise to grow and stabilize. According to the theory of enterprise life cycle, only by constantly innovating and keeping the metabolism of enterprise cells exuberant, can enterprises live long life. Finally, according to the characteristics of immune cells, enhance enterprise risk prevention, to prevent enterprise cell carcinogenesis. At the same time, according to the current situation and problems of SMEs management in China, combined with the research of this paper, the application strategy of bionic management mode of SMEs is extended. This paper is an innovation in the research of bionic management theory of enterprises, which revolves around "cells" and combines the molecular computing model abstracted from biology with the development and evolution of enterprises, in order to provide a new research perspective. Let managers in a more microscopic level to understand the essence of the development of enterprises, ultimately to achieve the longevity of enterprises, to provide useful thinking for the rapid development of enterprises.
