辽宁省铁路网规模与经济发展适应性评价

【摘要】:铁路运输的发展与社会经济发展密切相关,二者相互促进又彼此制约。经济的繁荣和社会的进步产生更大的运输需求,刺激铁路的建设,而铁路线网的完善提供了更好的运输供给,保证了客流、货流的顺畅流动。为了使区域内铁路运输供需关系保持动态平衡,在建设及规划区域铁路网之前,需要衡量铁路网规模是否符合社会经济的发展要求,在运营管理铁路运输时,也要随时把握铁路网规模与经济发展水平之间的变化关系,因此,对区域铁路网规模进行客观的评价是极为重要的。 本文的研究内容以2010年数据为研究基础,对辽宁省铁路网规模与社会经济发展水平的适应性进行评价,研究目的是提出一种改进的区域铁路网评价方法,能够有效体现区域铁路网规模与社会经济发展水平之间的适应性。 全文共分为五个部分: 第一部分是绪论,介绍选题背景及意义、国内外研究现状和研究内容,重点阐述工程领域铁路网评价方法的缺陷,即以设计单位使用的铁路网评价方法为基础,结合相关参考文献的研究成果,总结现行方法存在的缺陷; 第二部分是辽宁省经济发展水平及铁路网规模概况。介绍辽宁省2010年社会经济发展水平及经济发展目标,描述省内铁路网规模、主要线路及运输能力,介绍辽宁省铁路网发展规划; 第三部分为区域铁路网规模与经济发展水平适应性评价方法研究。分析铁路网规模与社会经济发展水平的关联性,阐述区域铁路网规模与经济发展水平适应性评价方法的思路,评价方法分为经济评价方法和区域铁路网评价方法两步,社会经济评价问题采用主成分分析法解决,得出综合主成分排序表,从中选出与评价区域经济水平最接近的区域,以其作为决策单元,应用DEA数据包络评价方法进行区域铁路网评价,最终得出区域铁路网评价结论。为方便求解,叙述了SPSS软件求解社会经济发展水平的步骤方法,并编写MATLAB软件求解区域铁路网评价问题的程序代码,最后规定了方法的适用范围; 第四部分为辽宁省铁路网规模与经济发展水平的适应性评价。使用第三章提出的方法对2010年辽宁省铁路网规模进行评价,应用软件求解,分析结果并提出相应建议; 第五部分为结论。本文主要得出了以下结论:1.2010年辽宁省铁路网规模能够适应社会经济发展水平。辽宁省经济发展态势良好,对铁路运输的需求较大,铁路网建设基础好,线网密度大,中远期规划线路较多。2010年辽宁省铁路网投入产出的比值较高,效益率较好,铁路网规模能够适应社会经济发展水平;2.目前铁路网评价的方法存在着较大的缺陷,决策单元的选择欠缺科学性,导致评价标准不准确,评价结果没有说服力,针对其缺陷对评价方法进行了改进;3.建议辽宁省铁路网按照中长期路网规划中的指示,循序渐进、与时俱进地建设完善,根据中长期铁路网规划的内容,与时俱进,增大路网规模和密度,完善路网布局,增强与港口城市海运端口的联系。
[Abstract]:The development of railway transportation is closely related to the development of social and economic development. The two parties promote and restrict each other. Economic prosperity and social progress produce greater transport demand, stimulate railway construction, and the improvement of railway line network provides better transportation supply, guarantees the passenger flow and the flow of goods flow smoothly. In order to maintain dynamic balance, before the construction and planning of the regional railway network, it is necessary to measure the scale of the railway network to meet the requirements of social and economic development. In the operation and management of railway transportation, it is necessary to grasp the change relationship between the scale of the railway network and the level of economic development at any time. Therefore, the scale of the regional railway network should be evaluated objectively. It's very important.
The research content of this paper is based on the data of 2010, and evaluates the adaptability of the scale of Liaoning railway network and the level of social and economic development. The purpose of this study is to propose an improved evaluation method of regional railway network, which can effectively reflect the adaptability between the scale of the regional railway network and the level of social economic development.
The full text is divided into five parts:
The first part is the introduction, introducing the background and significance of the topic, the research status and research content at home and abroad, focusing on the defects of the railway network evaluation method in the engineering field, which is based on the railway network evaluation method used by the design unit and combined with the research results of relevant references.
The second part is the level of economic development and the scale of the railway network in Liaoning province. It introduces the social and economic development level and the economic development target of Liaoning Province in 2010, describes the scale of the railway network in the province, the main lines and transportation capacity, and introduces the development plan of the railway network in Liaoning province.
The third part is the research on the adaptability evaluation method of the scale and economic development level of the regional railway network. It analyzes the correlation between the scale of the railway network and the level of the social and economic development, and expounds the thinking of the adaptability evaluation method of the scale of the regional railway network and the level of economic development. The evaluation method is divided into two steps of the economic evaluation method and the regional railway network evaluation method. The problem of social and economic evaluation is solved by principal component analysis, and the comprehensive principal component ranking table is obtained, and the region which is closest to the evaluation of regional economic level is selected from it. As a decision unit, the DEA data envelopment evaluation method is used to evaluate the regional railway network, and the evaluation conclusion of the regional railway network is finally obtained. For the convenience of solving, the paper describes SPSS The software to solve the social and economic development level of the step method, and write MATLAB software to solve the regional railway network evaluation program code, and finally stipulates the scope of application of the method.
The fourth part is the adaptability evaluation of the scale and economic development level of the railway network in Liaoning province. The method of the third chapter is used to evaluate the scale of the railway network in Liaoning Province in 2010, the application software is solved, the results are analyzed and the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
The fifth part is the conclusion. This paper mainly draws the following conclusions: the scale of Liaoning railway network can adapt to the social and economic development level in 1.2010 years. The economic development trend of Liaoning province is good, the demand for railway transportation is great, the construction foundation of the railway network is good, the density of the line network is large, and the input-output of the railway network of the Liaoning province is more and more.2010 years in the middle and far period regulation lines. The ratio is high, the efficiency rate is better, the railway network scale can adapt to the social and economic development level; 2. the current railway network evaluation method has a large defect, the choice of decision unit is not scientific, which leads to the inaccuracy of the evaluation standard, the evaluation result is not convincing, and the evaluation method has been improved in view of its defects; 3. suggested Liaoning According to the instructions in the middle and long term road network planning, the provincial railway network will step by step and develop with the times. According to the content of the medium and long term railway network planning, the railway network will keep pace with the times, increase the scale and density of the road network, improve the layout of the road network, and strengthen the connection with the port of the port city.
