天津市物流产业集聚的经济增长效应研究

【摘要】:物流产业集聚的发展是世界范围内的一种很重要的经济现象,也是我国物流业发展的必然路径。针对物流产业集聚的集聚程度测量以及动态集聚分析等研究具有重要的理论价值。同时,结合物流业集聚和经济增长效应的互动关系,研究天津物流产业集聚现状、经济增长现状及其发展中遇到的问题有助于政府对物流产业集聚进行科学规划和政策扶持,有助于促进天津市物流产业集聚又好又快发展和经济竞争力的提高,具有重要的现实意义。 本文在探讨了论文研究背景与研究意义的基础上,分别从定性分析与定量分析两个方面研究了天津市物流产业集聚的经济增长效应。本文的理论基础是产业集聚理论、物流产业集聚理论和特征以及物流产业集聚的经济效应,综合运用了理论与实际相结合、定性分析与定量分析相结合、宏观和微观相结合的研究方法,系统地研究了天津市物流产业集聚发展情况和它的发展与天津市经济增长之间的关系。首先,对物流产业集聚的国内外研究现状进行回顾,然后对物流产业集聚的理论进行界定,,并确定本文所要研究的范围。其次,阐述了物流产业集聚的特征及物流产业集聚的经济效应。在此基础上分析了发展天津市物流产业集聚的自然资源和地理条件,然后从物流产业产值和就业人员数与物流固定资产投资、货运量、货物周转量等各项代表物流产业的指标值分析了天津物流产业集聚的发展现状。接着以天津市生产总值,三次产业增加值以及物流产业产值占天津市生产总值的比重分析了天津市经济发展的现状。根据天津市物流产业集聚的发展现状和天津市经济发展的现状,分析了天津市物流产业集聚对天津市经济增长的影响。并得出物流产业是天津市很突出的经济增长点。通过上述分析得出天津物流产业存在的问题。 本文选取区位熵系数和平均增长速度分别作为天津市物流产业集聚度的静态和动态测算指标。根据静态指标测算结果得出天津市物流产业已经形成一定集聚。根据动态指标测算结果可以得出天津市物流产业集聚速度超过全国平均水平,同时也说明天津发展物流产业具有良好的前景和较大的空间。与北京、上海物流集聚度较高的城市相比,仍然具有其优势。通过测算天津市其他行业区位熵指数并与天津物流业进行比较,得出天津市物流产业集聚度在生产性服务业中排在前列,是天津市的重要支柱产业。 在建立天津物流产业集聚的经济效应模型方面,运用相关性分析得出天津市生产总值、物流产业产值与物流固定设施投资之间存在相关关系。然后利用Eviews6.0软件对以上变量进行序列单位根检验和模型估计。由此说明,天津市物流产值每增长1%,天津市生产总值增长0.85%;物流固定设施投资每增长1%,天津市生产总值增长0.25%。再对此回归方程进行协整检验、格兰杰因果检验、误差修正模型。检验结果说明方程中三个变量存在长期均衡关系,并且天津市经济发展与物流产值是相互促进的关系。然后选取了荷兰鹿特丹物流园区、深圳平湖物流园区、上海洋山深水港物流园区作为国外和国内物流产业集群的案例。并对这三个园区的发展现状进行分析,得出荷兰、深圳、上海在物流技术创新和先进理念、物流组织与应用、管理经验和基础设施建设等方面的成绩以及在物流高技术人才的培养方面,值得天津发展物流产业集聚的学习和借鉴。 最后对提高天津市物流产业集聚从而推动天津经济快速发展提出相关政策建议。首先,建设区域大宗商品交易市场,增强国际港航物流功能;其次,搭建以第四方物流为主体的港航信息服务平台;第三,加快基础设施建设,增强现代物流服务功能;第四,打造钢铁、石化、装备制造业专业物流体系,推进物流服务专业化与社会化;第五,完善冷链、邮政等重点物流领域,形成物流服务多样化与高质化,提高物流企业的市场竞争力;最后,加大物流产业投入,推动天津经济发展。
[Abstract]:The development of logistics industry agglomeration is an important economic phenomenon in the world. It is also an inevitable path for the development of logistics industry in China. On the basis of discussing the research background and significance of the thesis, this paper studies the economic growth effect of Tianjin logistics industry agglomeration from two aspects of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. This paper selects the location entropy coefficient and the average growth rate as the static and dynamic measurement index of the Tianjin logistics industry agglomeration degree respectively. According to the static index calculation results, the logistics industry in Tianjin has formed a certain concentration. According to the calculation results of the dynamic indexes, it can be concluded that the agglomeration speed of the logistics industry of Tianjin is more than the national average water. At the same time, it also shows that the development of Tianjin logistics industry has a good prospect and larger space. Compared with Beijing, Shanghai, which has a higher logistics agglomeration degree, it has its advantages. By measuring the location entropy index of other industries in Tianjin and comparing with the Tianjin logistics industry, it is concluded that the concentration of logistics industry in Tianjin is in the productive service industry. The middle row is the most important pillar industry in Tianjin.
