福建省南平市竹产业出口竞争力研究

【摘要】：在世界木材数量急剧减少和环保理念日益高涨的今天,人们对绿色产品的需求越来越旺,竹产品因其性能优良、健康环保备受消费者青睐,近年来在世界上以竹代木的工业悄然兴起。中国是世界上竹资源最丰富的国家,我国的竹资源又主要集中在广东、浙江、福建、四川、江西、湖南等南方16个省份和地区。南平市位于福建省北部,有着丰富的毛竹资源,虽是福建省面积最大的地市,却一直是工业欠发达的城市,在历年的经济排名中始终倒数第一。在区域经济竞争逐渐加剧的今天,加强对南平市竹产业出口竞争力研究,将有利于促进南平市竹产品出口的持续增长,也有利于促进南平市的经济发展。本文第一部分介绍了研究的背景、国内外学者关于出口竞争力研究现状以及本文的研究意义。第二部分介绍与本文相关的基本理论,包括绝对优势理论,比较优势理论、新贸易理论以及迈克尔·波特的竞争优势理论,为下文基于钻石模型做定性分析奠定基础。第三部分介绍了南平市竹产业发展现状及出口状况。基于2008-2012年的统计数据通过选取国际市场占有率、出口贡献率、贸易竞争力指数、显示性比较优势指数、显示性竞争优势指数、出口增长优势指数六大指标对南平市竹产业的出口竞争力进行量化分析。最后借助SPSS软件运用因子分析法将南平市和国内其余三个城市进行比较,从横向上判断南平竹产业的出口竞争力状况。第四部分运用波特的钻石模型从四个基本要素和两个辅助要素方面对南平市竹产业出口竞争力作进一步的定性分析。基于以上分析,第五部分就如何提升南平市的竹产业出口竞争力方面提出有针对性的建议。第六部分系统地总结全文并展望未来的研究方向。研究表明,南平竹产业贸易竞争力指数,显示性比较优势指数很高,具有很强的出口竞争力,但与浙江湖州相比竞争力不足,原因是湖州安吉县竹产业开发早基础好同时南平竹产业存在着很多内部和外部制约因素,如企业发展后劲不足、竹产业利润偏低、国外绿色贸易壁垒等。在定量评估和定性分析的基础上,本文提出了提升福建省南平市竹产业出口竞争力一些建议,如加强基础竹林资源的培育,不断夯实整个竹产业的发展基础；建立完善的质量管理体系,健全溯源管理机制；扶持重点笋竹和竹具加工企业,实施品牌发展战略；科学整合资源,逐步形成集聚效应,比如新建竹产品科技园区：加强项目的带动能力,培育优质产业链；拓展流通市场,构筑产业发展支撑体系。
[Abstract]:With the rapid decrease of wood quantity in the world and the rising concept of environmental protection, people are in increasing demand for green products. Bamboo products are favored by consumers because of their excellent performance and healthy and environmental protection. In recent years in the world with bamboo wood industry quietly rising. China is the country with the most abundant bamboo resources in the world, and the bamboo resources in China are mainly concentrated in 16 southern provinces and regions such as Guangdong, Zhejiang, Fujian, Sichuan, Jiangxi, Hunan and so on. Nanping City is located in the northern part of Fujian Province, with abundant bamboo resources. Although it is the largest prefecture in Fujian Province, it has always been an undeveloped city in industry. In today's increasingly competitive regional economy, strengthening the study on the export competitiveness of Nanping bamboo industry will help to promote the sustainable growth of bamboo exports in Nanping City, and also to promote the economic development of Nanping City. The first part of this paper introduces the background of the research, domestic and foreign scholars on export competitiveness research status and significance of this paper. The second part introduces the basic theories related to this paper, including absolute advantage theory, comparative advantage theory, new trade theory and Michael Porter's competitive advantage theory, which lays a foundation for qualitative analysis based on diamond model. The third part introduces the development and export status of Nanping bamboo industry. Based on the 2008-2012 statistics, by selecting international market share, export contribution rate, trade competitiveness index, indicative comparative advantage index, indicative competitive advantage index, The export competitiveness of Nanping bamboo industry is analyzed quantitatively by six indexes of export growth advantage index. Finally, the export competitiveness of bamboo industry in Nanping city was judged by comparing Nanping city with other three cities in China by using factor analysis method with SPSS software, so as to judge the export competitiveness of bamboo industry in Nanping city. The fourth part uses Porter's diamond model to make a further qualitative analysis on the export competitiveness of Nanping bamboo industry from four basic elements and two auxiliary factors. Based on the above analysis, the fifth part on how to improve the export competitiveness of Nanping bamboo industry put forward targeted recommendations. The sixth part systematically summarizes the full text and looks forward to the future research direction. The study shows that the index of trade competitiveness of Nanping bamboo industry is very high and has strong export competitiveness, but it is not competitive enough compared with Huzhou in Zhejiang Province. The reason is that bamboo industry in Anji County of Huzhou has a good foundation and there are many internal and external restrictive factors in Nanping bamboo industry, such as insufficient stamina of enterprise development, low profit of bamboo industry, green trade barriers abroad and so on. On the basis of quantitative evaluation and qualitative analysis, this paper puts forward some suggestions to enhance the export competitiveness of bamboo industry in Nanping City, Fujian Province, such as strengthening the cultivation of basic bamboo forest resources and strengthening the development basis of the whole bamboo industry. Establish perfect quality management system, perfect traceability management mechanism, support key bamboo shoots and bamboo processing enterprises, implement brand development strategy, scientifically integrate resources and gradually form agglomeration effect, For example, the new bamboo product science and technology park: strengthens the project drive ability, cultivates the high quality industry chain, expands the circulation market, constructs the industry development support system.
